Am Ende hatten wir zwei Smartfrogs, die sich nicht mehr verbinden ließen. Der Kundenservice ist unterstes Nivea. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme per Email, kam nie eine Rückmeldung.
Bad experience
Poor camera, and like many other people, they had no record of its return so continued attempting to charge me.
Funny how they lose so many cameras. Anyone would think they were just a bunch of dishonest crooks...

Overall not bad!
Overall for the price the cameras aren’t bad! They had problems with dropping out intermittently when I first got them... but now they seem to be just fine! I would like them to be better at capturing night low light footage but my garden cam is very poor because it’s so dark out back! My front car park cam is spot on and for a fiver a month delivers peace of mind! Camera upgrades for a slightly higher price would be welcomed!

The service is absolutely terrible! I have been trying to cancel this "cancel anytime" subscription for at least 6 months. Yet they keep invoicing me over and over again. The delay is that the cameras got "lost in the post"! PFFT!!! Yea right. They just want to charge me £125 each to replace them! But they didn't tell me it "wasn't received" until 2 - 3 months after I posted them! The offer of £5 a month sounds great to reel you in - then they won't let you go until you pay up. When emailing them and reading their replies, it is like talking to a brick wall. I ask 1 or 2 questions, and their replies are completely irrelevant to my questions. SO FRUSTRATING! AVOID! Not worth the hassle!!

Shocking behaviour from them
Shocking behaviour from their customer service, or lack thereof. They talk down to you, like you are a naughty child with out any common sense at all. They cut off chats by disconnecting, they offer no help at all, merely read an i****s guide to installing or solving any problem.
I am still unable to use the camera, or install it on my phone.

The most stressful company to deal…
The most stressful company to deal with! Sent back the camera nearly 2 weeks ago and have the Royal Mail special delivery receipt too that says it was signed for 9 days ago! There saying they haven’t got it! I have pictures of the cam, leads and box in EXCELLENT condition the day I sent it back to you along with delivery receipt. Please can you sort this out!

Ich bin seit 2014 Kunde bei Smartfrog und habe nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht.
Darum überlasse ich mittlerweile auch Smartfrog die Überwachung meines Geschäftes.
Top Service, gute Geräte zu einem guten Preis. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Appalling ... absolutely shocking picture and sound quality ....it's almost like your recordings don't belong to you also massive lags even using the fastest broadband speeds and being sat in the same room as the camera ...asked them multiple times to close my account as I'm not using the camera and I am still being charged (even got a dunning letter today).....best bet is to buy a decent WiFi camera off eBay as smartfrog is £5 per month (for literally nothing) or £100+ on something which is no better than a £15 WiFi camera from china ....in my honest opinion .....avoid like the plague

I was told that the £94 I had paid was full and final payment, no further subscription payments. Just had money taking out of my bank without my knowledge.
Camera quality at night extremely poor, customer services attitude poor.

Daytime o.k but Night vision terrible.
The daytime video feed is o.k but the feed buffers an awful lot and I know it's not my Wi-Fi because I have super fast fibre broad and but the night vision I'm sorry to say is terrible, I have 2 cars on my driveway and you can not see them at all on the camera and the only way you can see a person is if the are literally stood right next to the camera.

Do not trust this company
I ordered this because of a security issue, and cancelled it when it was no longer required. I was going to give it a good review, however upon cancelling it they gave me 2 weeks to return the unit, which I did within a week. The email I had said my subscription was cancelled if returned within this timeframe, so I assumed that was it- 6 weeks later I get another invoice on the same day they have already taken payment....I contact them assuming it is in error but they said it will only stop taking payments and be cancelled once their warehouse has processed it....what warehouse takes 6 weeks to take a tiny camera out of a box, with the account number and mark it as received?! Numerous emails later I m getting no where....how can they ask me to pay for their own incompetence? Looking at all of the deleted reviews I suspect something very dodgy is going on with this company....

Sad Smartfrog are so fast to have bad reviews removed, but do not have time to try and sort the customers complaints.
The idea is very good, but the camera is just not up to the job I had very poor picture quality and sound was terrible with grinding and whistling noises drowning out voices I did contact smartfrog they said they mainly focus of picture quality not sound, but nit doing great at ever Had to post back camera at my expenses and now fighting for extra months money to cancel subscription
I would never use them again and to me customer service is very poor just like the camera they supply

An absolute disgrace of a company
An absolute disgrace of a company. Their customer service agents talk to you like you are a fool. my camera failed to work after 6 months. I asked to have my subscription cancelled. They continue to send 'dunning' notices via email And are demanding I return the camera at my own cost plus pay for tracking. They have gave me a date in which to return by and the emails just keep coming. I am waiting for the next one when they receive the camera back and it doesn't work. I have kept every email correspondence and their useless replies. I won't be letting this go easily. £4.95? You would think it was a lot more the way they speak to You!! !!! DISGUSTING.
