I’m a long standing user of SodaStream user. Recently I had a problem with cylinder where it had a defective valve and it let out all the gas. I reported this to SodaStream and they sent a replacement.

Contacted Soda Stream requesting a replacement for my missing power cable for my Sodastream E-Terra. Jadine was very responsive, dispatched item promptly.
Her excellent communication skills confirmed that AI will never replace good old fashioned ‘human’ service!

Excellent customer service! We accidentally bought the wrong one and removed the cap before we realised so couldn't return it to the store, but the customer service team kindly sent us a replacement free of charge. Adrian was very prompt, courteous and helpful. Thank you Adrian- much appreciated!!

I purchased a soda stream which arrived promptly. Unfortunately it didn't work. I rang the company and spoke to a lovely woman who checked out the unit via Skype. After working out the problem I was advised that in fact it was useless. I was advised that a new soda stream was going to be sent to me. I have received an email advising me that a new unit was going to be sent. So, l am happy with the after sale service if and when I get a new soda stream.

The representative l was talking to was very helpful because l wasn't sure how to use the soda stream properly and he went through it with me step by step and made it easy to understand cause I'm not to good with computers because I have a lot to learn but I'm trying. I'm 80yrs old but I'll keep trying

Easy to order, purchased the ART model hydration pack during a sale and got excellent value for money.

I had a delivery query and got a response with 12 hours. Customer service was exceptional. Answered my query and followed up to ensure that I was kept up to date on my delivery.

Product is great - our household absolutely love it. No more carrying heavy bottles of drink from the car to the kitchen after a shop and having our favourite drinks on tap is a plus. Easy to use and the colour matches our other appliances.

Soda Stream are a great company, tyhey communicate well and having purchasede may items over the years without fault, this time I got sent the wrong bottles. I contacted them and they were super quick to apologise and had sent the correct bottles right away. Thanbk you Soda Stream, I love the products and am truly grateful for your help.

The product looks good. However, it was disappointing to receive the incorrect bottle, which caused CO₂ leakage. When I contacted customer support, they identified the issue quickly and arranged a remedy promptly.

Broke after one year, customer service terrible, whispering the whole call, got me to email video of the machine, serial number after half an hour he tells me he can do nothing. 20 a week for gas and the machine cost 80. Not happy Jan

John the guy I dealt with was great. Soda stream in my opinion have created a monster in research and development. When we now have two different types of gas cylinders for different machines, we have glass bottles which is good but only fit one machine and when you buy that machine it comes with 3 plastic bottles as well as 2 glass bottles..why? The bottles have changed height they no longer fit standing up on my fridge shelf..why change the height?? Sorry not enough good research before developing a new model. I gave 5 stars because the product is good but look at your r&d dept.
