they trouble-shooted the issue by video conference and confirmed the issue and then issued a replacement. I'm very satisfied.

Their customer service was very efficient in getting my request resolved. The agent who assisted me was polite and she went an extra mile to help me get my refund credited back.

My CO2 was not showing shipped and I contacted SodaStream and they looked into the issue, corrected it and even contacted me to let me know they had shipped and to make sure I was happy with everything. I bought a SodaStream machine for my home... I use it all the time. I bought a second one to keep down at our home down the cape. Unfortunately, this one arrived with some minor damage.
I spoke to the SodaStream representative and she replaced it hassle free. This type of customer service is very refreshing, just like the drink it makes!

Customer support helped me out with a situation when they easily could have said no and had the right to say no. Melissa then went above and beyond and asked a supervisor if they could help me out anyways and they did. Thank you, from a happy customer

I heard SodaStream had problems providing the $15 gift card for returning the cylinders. The first time I did it I had no problem, but the second time I did. I went back and forth with a rep trying to fix it. Finally, they just went ahead and mailed two new cylinders to me instead, saving me $60. Rep was very courteous.

Had an issue where my order showed that a shipping label was created, but nothing else happened. I used the chat but had to leave because the queue was too long. I was then contacted by email, and my issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Ordered a machine and a few accessories as a gift for my sister for her birthday in late May. UPS was supposed to deliver on that exact day but some type of damage happened when I looked at tracking which then immediately said resolved and it would arrive the following day. It’s now 2 weeks later and it appears the package was returned to sender but no one has reached out to me to explain the situation nor has my support ticket been answered. Outrageous customer service to spend almost $200 and have zero information on my order in a full 2 weeks. Will never order from this company again.

Took 15 to 20 minutes to get to a representative. Beyond that, the agent was effectively able to address my concern and provide resources to solve my problem. It would be nice if you're able to provide some sort of feedback about the amount of time callers can expect to wait before reaching and attendant, and or leaving a phone number to be called back when the next agent is available.

Outstanding service and product. Had a problem with delivery, but not anymore. Sodastream apologized and made me a happy customer, solving problems beyond my expectations. Thank you!

I’ve been really happy with my SodaStream. It’s super easy to use and makes drinking sparkling water way more fun. I like picking my own flavors and deciding how fizzy I want it. Plus, it saves me money and cuts down on all those plastic bottles. It’s just really convenient having it at home. Definitely a great buy if you like bubbly drinks.

My soda stream broke so I bought a new one with different co2. Had to return full bottles locally not by mail. Target had no idea what I was talking about. Had to call a manager. Took alot of time. Then you try to send my more co2 even though I said I do not need. Got my refund and now co2 arrived without my permission. I now need to use my fee time to fix your problem or I will be charged for these

This process of carbonating the water and pouring the measured syrup into the water is so easy, and it is saving me a lot of money. I don't have to waste my time going to the store and buy pop, or soda for those who call it that. You can either Buy the carbonation tubes of compressed air with a periodic delivery, depending on how often you want it sent given the fact that you want to be able to continuously make pop. Just remember that when you select one for certain syrups, you are buying a package of four syrups. In the beginning, I bought four of one kind and thought I was just buying four and I ended up getting 16 of them. These syrups are very cheap, there are so many different kinds, and like I said before, you'll be saving a lot of money. Give this a try! There are a few things you need to buy in the beginning but I had looked on Philips website and found a carbonator for actually a really cheap price at about $60.

The original product I ordered was out of stock so Gabriella with SodaStream reached out to me. She went above and beyond to make it right! So thoroughly impressed with her customer service! 10/10!
