My kids gave me a SodaStream for Christmas. I didn't know I needed one, but now I couldn't be without it! I love the variety of flavors, but plain "fizzy water" is my favorite (with a squeeze of fresh lemon!) Customer service is wonderful.

Responsive and respectful. CO2 canisters reasonably priced and shipped as available.

Exceptional customer service!! Great company and very helpful when i ordered wrong cylinders. Even after a long delay on returning items (cylinders)Sodastream still assisted me in getting the correct cylinders with fast shipping. Also, saving money on a subscription plan with Co2 cylinders vs purchasing in store.

I reached out to SodaStream asking for a new label for cannisters I had purchased over a year ago and they sent me a new label and off they went!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! And what a relief that one of my favorite flavors (diet lemonade) is just getting a makeover. I still have 7, gulp gulp gulp, make that 6 lemonades left.

My current other favorite is pink grapefruit, which must've already had it's makeover since it's a new bottle, I have 6 of them now!

I've been a seltzer lover since I was a little kid. My grandparents ordered seltzer by the case and it was delivered in (usually blue) refillable glass bottle spritzers, they're called siphons. That's way back in the 60s-70s!

I'm going to try the cherry lemonade next

The subscription was going well until I didn't use the cylinders within the allowed timeframe. I was charged $15/per cylinder and refused a refund on this charge even if returned.

I attempted to contact Sodastream 3 times and each of my requests was ignored.

Good product, terrible customer service and return polidy.

I love soda Stream! It is easy to order and return the cylinders! It would be nice if they streamlined the return process so that I am not notified to return cylinders that had been returned weeks prior. The customer service people are great and it's worth the emails.

The service was fantastic in how it worked with me. There had been some confusion in the order that was placed; however, they were very easy to work with in resolving the issues.

They will charge you for unreturned cylinders even though you tell them they are still full. Definitely don't recommend or will be buying again.

I was so impressed with the agent that handled setting up my account. Gift made the experience so very pleasant. I am also impressed with the promptness of the delivery.

All my interactions with Soda Stream support have been superior. Even when the mistake was mine, they have been helpful and friendly.

The product works well to reduce the amount of plastic in our environment. I am happy to be a long term user of Soda Stream.

Customer Service SodaStream was perhaps the best I've ever experienced. We ordered a SodaStream unit and many different flavors, but it turned out that it was not for us. When I called asking about a return, I really didn't expect that it was going to happen. Not only did the representative assure me that I would receive a refund, she would create an exemption in this case and allow me to receive a refund for the flavors. I truly appreciate that, since we bought many of them! I can't express enough appreciation for the representative and how easy it was to work with her.

Returned two CO2 tanks in May. In June received a $32 bill stating they never received them. Before returning the tanks I had emailed with customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged, I no longer wanted to do the return program. I was told I was no longer obligated to do the returns. Then I receive this charge on my credit card that I thought I had told them to cancel anymore cylinders. I immediately reached out to customer service 5 different times and never once spoke to a human. Was put on hold each time so long I hung up. I ended up
canceling my credit card and getting a new card because my bank told me they’ve had complaints of companies recharging cards by changing the first 2 letters in the company name! I have zero trust in the company. Super shady billing and by the looks of these reviews others have had the same issue!

I received the wrong CO2 cartridges and contacted customer service to see about exchanging them. Zoe explained how to return them in great detail. I knew exactly what to do and I didn't get bounced around to different people or told that I had to wait for an answer. It was an excellent customer service experience.

I did the cylinder exchange and returned 4 empty cylinders back in April. I received an email on 4/22 stating that my cylinders were received and that I would not be charged. 2 months later, I was charged 64.50 for those same cylinders. I've tried over and over to get in touch with the company. I've heard nothing! Used to, any time i had question, someone got back with me immediately. Since they've switched their format to a chat bot, I can't get a human at all. No emails, waiting on que for hours with nobody connecting, it's awful. They just charged my card and ghosted me. I really want my refund. I have an email to prove the cylinders were received. But the company refuses to reach out

SodaStream is a pleasing experience! Not only does it provide good-quality CO2 to make our water bubbly and tasty, but also incredible products such as the ginger ale flavor and the thermal bottle. Everything is of very good quality. I am satisfied with it and will keep purchasing their products.
