UPDATE:
It took a formal complaint to the BBB, and another 10 days after that, but they finally made things right. Customer service left a lot to be desired, so I'm updating my rating to 3 stars to reflect the resolution — even if it shouldn't have taken this long to get there.

I accidentally ordered 12 bottles of SodaStream Mtn Dew Zero Sugar Drink Mix due to their confusing new bottle design. I didn't realize it was the Zero Sugar version until after ordering — I dislike the taste, and I also can't consume artificial sweeteners due to a health issue.

I sent an email to sodastreamsupport on 7/1/26 asking to exchange the bottles for the regular flavor. When I got no response, I followed up again on 7/3/26 — also ignored. I sent one final message on 7/7/26, giving them one last chance to make it right. As of today, 7/8/26, I still haven't heard back.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a customer of six years who has spent over $1,500 with this company. I expect better.

I've had a SodaStream for about 2 years now. Absolutley love it by the way! So I bought one for a friend as a gift unto which he wasn't going to be able to receive. and was helped through the refund process, and was amazingly cordial and helpful! Thanks Mckenzie from SodaStream, I Will be ordering again! :)

I've been using the SodaStream CO₂ cylinder exchange program for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. It's an easy way to save money while also reducing waste, which makes me feel good about using it. Since my family drinks a lot of sparkling water, the savings really add up. The exchange process is simple and convenient, and when I needed help, customer service was friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. I definitely recommend it!

McKenzie was so helpful and understanding. She reviewed my history and listened carefully to my issues. I am a longtime customer and, with service like this, I will definitely continue to be one!

We have had the fabulous Penguin for 20 years! We love the unique design and of course the carbonated water. Our beloved Penguin died. I called SodaStream and talked with Melissa. She was fantastic! Because Sodastream no longer makes or services Penguin, she is sending to us a replacement of a new E-Duo Starter Kit! They are a fabulous company with great service.

The customer service was outstanding as they acted promply and complied wih my request to my satisfaction.

We love it! No more cans to recycle or taking them back to get my 5 cent deposit! We order 4 gas cylinders at a time for free shipping.

I am very happy with SodaStream and the service that they provide. I feel that it has increased my water intake a lot because i enjoy drinking the carbonated water more than just regular water.

I highly recommend SodaStream! Their products are great, but what really stands out is their excellent customer service. Every time I’ve needed assistance, their support team has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always go the extra mile to resolve any issues quickly. Overall, a great company with outstanding customer care.

Fast shipment, easy returns for the cylinders, quick access to customer service. One problem however is that they do not monitor the returns of the cylinders. It is quite annoying to receive messages with the threat of being charged for not returned cylinders, when in fact the cylinders had been returned a while ago. Very inconvenient to pull the screenshot of the return label (on the return box) and make a screenshot from the postal reciepe and submit all that to the company. There has to be a better way.

Gabriella was very kind and supportive. She was knowledgeable and patient. I had to navigate through a website that I did not understand. Now I can expertly get to the places I need to be on the website. This is a big shout out to her. Gabriella, you’re fantastic. Thank you.

SodaStream has excellent products, prices and customer service. I couldn't ask for more from a company!

SodaStream is a great product. We have been SodaStreaming for over a decade. Excellent seltzer and a huge savings annually over store bought with no plastic waste.

Recently l started buying my cylinders online from soda stream and needed to make some adjustments to my subscription. The customer service was fast and remarkably helpful. I am now even more a fan than before.

Sodastream has great customer service! They are very easy to get a hold of and work with solving any issues you have fast. I appreciate this very much!

The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful in telling me how to get the information off the canister they needed for quality assurance issues, and getting me a new canister sent to replace the one I received that was empty.

My syrups were delivered by ups to my pharmacy without leaving a notice on my door letting me know that information. I emailed soda stream to let them know what happened and soda stream apologized and said they would look into the delivery. This was done immediately.

Gabriella was great. She quickly identified my issue and resolved it right away. Great customer relations. She should be considered for advancement.
