The sales rep was patient and did not overstate matters. He demonstrated well how it all works wiyh battery, solar system and inverter integrated and working together as best technology. The communication and installation seemless. The paperwork looked after by 1Komma5.👍

Installation team turned up on time, did a great clean install, and had system up and running before they left. Has worked without a hitch since then and I'm very happy with almost zero electricity bills.

The whole process was very easy and seamless from the start . We were kept in the loop as far as installation date. The date was accurate and the installers were very efficient and pleasant to deal with , very happy customer

Professional advice and great install on time and no issue through whole process

Working with Emmett and 1Komma5’s installers was super easy, straightforward and clean. For someone who was a bit nervous to pull the trigger on a battery investment, Emmett’s awesome product knowledge gave me the confidence to choose 1Komma5 over other suppliers out there in the Aussie market. Installers were also quick, efficient and left the house spotless and clean, following installation .

Simon questioned what we really wanted from a Solar installation, whilst other salespersons, quoted on what we thought we wanted, Simon gave us options which included an option to strive bigger, which we took, that way we don't need to add anything to our solar installation for a long time.
Installation team were fantastic, courteous, and worked around our needs.
An additional influencing component to the selection was the single point of supply, all parts are 1Komma5 parts and looking at their specifications better the other options that we reviewed.

Frustrating and extremely annoying. Battery installed early August and here we are 3 months later - I still don’t know what the problem is. Service centre says nothing useful - I’ve now had 3 different technicians come to my home and I am still none the wiser why it’s not working.

I’ve gone from being very impressed and an advocate to the opposite!

Was getting solar quotes had spoken to 4 other companies and 1KOMMA5 was to be our last. The rep was to phone at 9am it was 915am when call came, I let that tardiness go, then the rep launched into what my knowledge of batteries was to say he was condescending is really me being kind, he was rude and condescending . When I explained that this was not my expertise or my career path and that it is why I was wanting quotes and information he was extremely rude again stating that some people have this intelligence. Well excuse me,( clearly my education was missing something) I had researched however it is not my field of educational experience, I had a fair understanding however I am not a solar rep, engineer, electrician, installer ect ect.
I had complied with all requests that were asked of me prior to telephone call, photos of fuse box, copies of power bills, questions I required answers to ect. Rep obviously had not even looked as I was requested to send same information through , I explained I had already attended to this. Then I was requested to give him what my roof pitch was ( and of course I should have known this silly me !) whilst he launched into a tirade about the government and rebates which went on and on. Honestly the ball park figure was cheaper than some companies quoted however I got off the phone knowing if I was given solar from this company I would not accept. We have gone with another company whose Rep was able to expand my knowledge and understanding in a kind informed manner, not once getting frustrated with my many questions helping us get a system to meet our requirements at this time. Mostly being professional, polite and kind.
I would never treat any other person with such distain especially if this was my employment.

I would leave a zero review if possible! Nothing but issues since it was eventually installed! It is constantly tripping the house since installation. To the point our enviroclyle septic system is now not working. Costing $$$to fix - it is a year old, now looks like we will have to replace the pump. Don’t respond to emails, and to get someone out, to this point is impossible. Not happy at all!

Excellent service from 1KOMMA5°. They were responsive, professional, and got my Enphase system running perfectly at Marsfield. Clear communication, smooth follow-through, and an appreciated $200 credit due to delay from a faulty part that was not their fault. Thanks, Graeme, for coordinating my install. Happy to recommend.

Over promise and under deliver. Nothing but issues from the start. Now I have no power and they aren’t answering their phones, tried 6 times but it just rings out. Customer service is woeful. Will be trying to get the system removed and my money back.

Please do not go with these guys as there have really great sale skills but when it comes to doing the works it never gets done.
I had my battery installed almost 2 months ago and still waiting to be commissioned.
They wrote the book for excuses let me tell you that much.
Do not give them your money until the are completed

We had iKOMMA5 install solar and a battery system on our place. Beyond impressed especially in events like cyclone Alfred where our power was cut for days, the solar battery enabled us to operate the necessities! We love the app and seeing our usage and also how much excess electricity we generate in the day. Very professional service and always willing to help. Would recommend!

Size wise we have 13.2 plus battery.

Had an issue with my system however Graeme from the company was able to assist in resolving it in a timely matter. Appreciate he was able to assist and put such care in resolving it quickly.

We installed the solar system together with the Powerwall 3 in Feb 2025 and the solar system stopped charging my battery since end of Aug. We have tried to contact the company whatever it called customer service or support. We submitted a ticket , we emailed , we called and someone picked up phone call one time and said we are noted and another team will contact you . Waited for a week but no response!!! We have been losing $30-$40 a day!!!
