at first I submitted online quote request to a few different solar battery installers.

Then a sales rep Paul contacted me in regards to my request and went through a lot of details and recommendations with me. His expertise helped me to decide on the brand and battery used to integrate with my solar and EV.

On the day of installation the technicians are very friendly and efficient. They even stayed behind to help me troubleshoot app syncing issue which was just a little hiccups and got sorted very quickly.

All went well, lots of communication and installation was quick, system does what Kylie said it would and with 30kwh battery we dont use much if any electricity from the grid and we run ac 24/7

The install process was great, the local installer did an excellent job. Just be aware that the company is offering gift vouchers to anyone who submits a 5 star review. I'm not sure that that constitutes an unprompted review. And I've sent them a bunch of messages that they haven't responded to.

The initial meeting with Phil, the salesperson, was very satisfying. Phil provided us with detailed information about the system and how we could benefit from it. We were also advised how the process would be handled so we knew what to expect.
The installers on the day were extremely helpful and flexible so we could get the system installed in a suitable location within a suitable timeframe.
The quality of the installation was extremely high and the system has worked flawlessly since.
The installers were very helpful with the setup and explanation of the system workings.
