1KOMMA5° Australia Reviews

We had a battery installed by 1komma5 2 years ago. The initial sales process was informative and the installation was of a high quality. We had a small issue with our system around a week after install and a technician came straight away and rectified the problem.

Since installation, our system has worked perfectly and the team have kept us up to date with system performance and any regulatory changes that come in. The service has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend!

Great service with everything done when promised.

Excellent. We have been involved in choosing a battery for some time and have now finally had one installed. The service I have been given is first class.

Great advice and customer support from day one. Very happy with 1Komma5° and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with 1Komma was exemplary from start to finish. They also put me on to Amber Energy which was a game changer. Highly recommend

Good communication, easy to deal with. Very informative. Highly recommend

The installation on the day required some minor readjustments but the final result was very good. The final result was achieved due to the helpful and cooperative installers at the site.
Thanks again,

1K5 have some amazing products and they are very good in keeping you informed on the project progress. Haiden the electrician installer did a very neat installation and was exactly ontime and left the site spotless clean - 11 out of 10 job. The only reason i cant give 5 stars is probably out of 1K5 control, but i was not made aware how much delay there is in getting the job inspected in Victoria before switching on. I knew this step was required because Victoria is such a granny state. But now i am staring at the equipment for a month or more because it is now christmas. Despite my rave about the sad state of Victoria i would go with 1K5 again.

The quote was very reasonable and the installation on the day was done on time.

Brandon (Senior Renewable Energy Specialist) was awesome to deal with, and got me a great deal. My first bill came in at $3.92 and the system is still being monitored. Cant wait to see how well it performs once full calibrated.

Everyone ive dealt with has been so professional

Very happy customer

Excellent and efficient sales from Brendan who made the process seamless. Speedy instal by a friendly team. Overall a hassle free experience. I would strongly recommend.

Really enjoyed working with 1Komma5. The whole process has been supportive and thorough. Right from the sales rep coming out to our house through to the install team. Will be recommending 1Komma5 going forward. Thank you.

I had sick a great experience with 1Komma5. They provided a home visit to explain the product and tailor a package for us. When I came back with competing quotes, they didn’t go back and forward with little price changes, instead they just plow the competitors away with a great quote. They also upgraded my package and completed delivery/install earlier than expected. So far the product work great and we are seeing really positive results.

Excellent customer service, great follow up. Fantastic product and couldn't be happier. Highly reccomend.

Very happy from start to finish. Quote was very competitive (cheapest), they took the time to explain the quote etc. Install was perfect. Had to access through the house, trades all very respectful. Left the site tidy and clean. Follow up service also good. 👍

Great service, and good backup.
Well done
