The bag fell apart when I used it. I would like my money back.d

Actually I have no words to describe how wonderful and life changing SB1 has been, before shower buddy arrived two people had to lift up my shower chair and put me in the shower stall, due to this I could take showers only when two people were present and could help out, now I can take as many showers as I like and at any hour with only one caretaker.
P.S I want to specially thank Oscar for his excellent guidance, knowledge and support.

I have lost my charger for my shower buddy. It is the only way I can bathe myself. The price for replacement is 85.00 which I do not have. Could you please send me a new charger? We had a problem with our ShowerBuddy SB7 model shower chair. One wheel became difficult to turn and to roll. I contacted the company and the next day received an email from them. The day after that a replacement wheel was shipped to me. The chair has been a very functional and needed part of providing care for my wife. The quick response to the problem was wonderful. Thank you SB!

We purchased a “Shower Buddy”. Then we purchased a bag to carry it in, as we were going to travel. However, when we arrived at our first destination and tried to take our Shower Buddy out, the zipper broke. We had to use shipping tape to close the bag for the rest of the trip. The Shower Buddy work perfectly, however, the bag was the problem. I am asking for a replacement bag with a better zipper.

Bought the showerbuddy on amazon, fast delivery, easy to put together.
Needed to purchase a flat solid cushion. Called the company very helpful and easy website to order.

sturdy product with the exception of the safety belts that are secured to the frame with a grommet that pulled on the first use ad the plastic locking handle of the head rest that also broke on first use.

Oscar was amazing and handled my concern immediately. Myshowerbuddy has made it possible every day for the last four years for me to transfer my wheelchair-bound husband into the shower. He is 84 and about 225 lbs so this is the only way I can get him into the shower. It has made it possible for us to live independently. Thank you!

Delivery of chair part was faster than anticipated!

It’s a great system, but needs better quality parts. In just 2 weeks, 2 clips and one post have broken. These parts to replace are very costly. Every part seems to be $100 and up.

I had lost a part and email them and ordered a new part they sent me the wrong part by mistake when I pointed this out to them they sent me the part that I ordered with a return label for the wrong part

I was apprehensive at first, but was wrong. The experience from my husband who has MS was proof that this is a game changer. He said I feel like a real person and rated it a 10+. Only wish an option for a bigger chair was available. My husband is 6’ and the depth of the chair was short and using the foot rest was difficult.
