Seems to be too eager to get you in and sell services and eye glasses. The questions l had asked over phone were not answered the same as when we came in. People were polite though.

Everyone was very friendly. Everything was done in a timely manner. The glasses came in within a week.

I'm honest I loved everything about it everyone was very kind and helpful.

I ordered two pairs of the Swiss glasses online - I have several other pairs (some Oakley frames, plus some cheap ones) and I like the Swiss frames the most. I found the online ordering process simple and easy. However, improvements could be made in the communication about order status - yes, there is an online order status page, but the info is very brief and I never received any e-mail updates when the items were actually shipped, nor any tracking info. Would really have liked to get this. Additionally, while one pair showed up after a few weeks, it took almost a month for the second pair to arrive.

All in all it’s okay, I think it’s rediculous a patient has to jump through hoops for you. To get my VSP benefits. First exam was supposed to be remote then they did it manually with a person which is much better, but she had to keep waiting for her to update the report from the first technician that was frustrating.

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere

Unfortunately this was a poor experience from the moment I went into the store & they couldn’t complete transactions because their computers were down. My glasses have not fit properly after several adjustments and give me headaches. I won’t be back.

I didn't like the fact that a doctor was NOT in the office. All providers are virtual and I felt that took away the personal connections. I also didn't like the fact that the DMV report had to be emailed to me 5-7 business days later! By the way, I never received the email for it. Instead, the day I went to pick up my sons glasses they wrote the reference number on a sticky note instead of printing it out for me.

There were not many options for frames in my price range. Was very dissapointed. Had to buy a frame I was not crazy about. In the past they had a much better selection. I should have used one of my old frames as I have a huge collection from all the years I have been going to Stanton over the years!The person who helped me was very nice and helpful. Wish I could remember her nameI will certainly do business with them again.
