Well worth the service
I was hesitant going in with the (2) pairs for $79 offer--and I certainly spent much more than that-- but the staff, the ability to address my vision problems on the spot, and the high level of competence getting me the proper types glasses that I did desperately need made me feel completely satisfied that I what I ultimately spent was well worth the service.

Staff was great
Staff was great! Glasses were way more expensive than advertised! Very disappointed! Also could not get them same day! Felt like a lot of false advertising! Probably will not get glasses here again. 2 stars are purely for the staff!

Awesome services
I had a great experience at Stanton optical(Buckner). From the friendly reception to the eye examination which was thorough.The associate was also kind, attentive and efficient, she even took time to help me choose a nice pair of glasses. I was able to get my prescription and a new pair of glasses(that I really like) in as little as 30-45 minutes, after my examination. I find this impressive and very convenient. I also like that there was a wide selection of frames to choose from.

Jaquayle did a great job
Jaquayle did a great job fitting me and listening to my issues with the glasses. He verified the prescription was correct and suggested I try them for a short time and return if my eye did not adjust. My eyes adjusted to the new prescription in less than a day.

I had to ask them to “fit/adjust” the…
I had to ask them to “fit/adjust” the glasses. When I wore them later that night, one pair (they are both the same) would slip down the nose. I won’t be able to bring them in for adjustment for a week or so, but otherwise Stanton was what I expected.

No exam. Just glasses. Associate that helped us was GREAT. The breakdown was in communication when the glasses were ready and then when it was questioned, was given excuses that I knew wasn’t true. Had there been communication I wouldn’t have gotten upset. Unfortunately I can’t get completely in to why because they would know who it was.

Seems to be too eager to get you in and sell services and eye glasses. The questions l had asked over phone were not answered the same as when we came in. People were polite though.
