Wrong flowers delivered option was to only get a $5 refund

I ordered flowers for a funeral service in Arizona. I am in Texas. I called to ensure the order would make it to the service on time. I was told I needed to place the order online and document in the "special instruction" area which I did and I placed the order as instructed. 3 hours before the service I get a call stating they can't get the arrangement to the service and will have to deliver to the home. A little over an hour later I get a call stating they can't make the arrangement at all and have to cancel my order. They act like they are a local shop but they aren't. Total waste of time and ridiculous customer service.

Flowers left on my porch- did not know they were there. Flowers were poor quality, half the size the bouquet was suppose to be, and no indication where they were from. Very expensive and my arrangement looked nothing like it was supposed to. Would not use them ever!

Delivered LATE, not a very generous bouquet. They did let me know at 4PM the day it was to be delivered that it would be another day. ALSO, they claim to be local which seems to be a blatant lie.

I ordered flowers for my brother-law’s funeral and got a call on the day of the event to tell me they had run out if flowers and had to cancel my order.😱 I actually had spoken to a person at the florist who assured me the delivery would be on time.
The actual person who called me to let me know the order was canceled was not even from the shop! I actually had a hard time understanding her English.
I’m called the florist directly and have asked them to have Terry, the OWNER return my call but no one knows when she’ll be in😬
Now they tell me my refund will take 4-5 business days. This is unexceptable! Now I’m praying they will refund my money. Bad business!

If I could give them a zero rating I would! That’s exactly what I got is zero flowers on the date promised. I ordered flowers the day before I wanted them delivered. They claim to be local, and same-day delivery. They called me at 5 PM on the date of delivery and ask could they deliver the next day which was unacceptable! I tried to call a local number and all I got is a call center.

last year I ordered flowers about 2 days before my return home for my wife, the day of my return I get an email saying sorry but we can not fulfill your order you will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I know oopsies happen, I ordered on 3/14/2023 again I ordered the Tulips the picture said the arrangement would be as pictured. I also wrote a message for a card, at the end I put I love you. Well the flowers came they were in full bloom and one even was wilting to the point it was facing the ground. They were NOT even tulips and had about half of the amount of flowers that were pictured on the site. Then the card said I lo ve you the word love was broken in half and on two separate lines. I had received an email showing my message confirming the order and it clearly had the word LOVE as one word. My wife is a grammer major so she noticed this right away, so wrong flowers, wrong amount of flowers, almost dead flowers, and messed up my message, they didnt get anything correct. After reaching out they responded with we are sorry for the error we will be refunding you 17.99 (the delivery fee) and by the way you will get that within about 3-5 days. WOW nothing correct and now I have to wait for 1/4 of what I paid to be refunded. Burn me once shame on you burn me twice shame on me there will not be a third time

They said they are locally family owned. They are not and it goes through a call center. They cancelled the order the day before the funeral and luckily I was able to find a reliable florist.

Do not trust this florist. Even though the ordered a particular bouquet that said “same day delivery” I was assured that the order would be delivered to the hotel right down the street, by 1 o’clock, The next day.

When I got to the hotel, no flowers. Besides screwing up the surprise, they were impossible to get in touch with.

When I called, I got “Press one for new orders, press 2 for existing orders” so I pressed two, and did not get through to anyone. Calling back, I pressed one, and low and behold, someone answered. when I inquired about my order, I sat on hold for 10 or 15 minutes. So I called back and sat on hold again for 10 or 15 minutes.

After the third time, I got through to somebody and insisted not to be put on hold, yet they put me on hold but miraculously got back on the phone Within seven minutes and asked “is it OK if we deliver your flowers tomorrow instead?” I said no, and want my money back. Now I have to call my credit card company and file a complaint.

I should have looked at the reviews before I use these people. Scammers to the core.

I should have known better to look before I leaped. Not checking for an online experience was my fault. Granted one shouldn't have to do that but it seems it should have been. Same story has the past 1000 people. Never delivered. When I reached out to them they were pleasant on the phone but unapologetic in truth. But what they didn't know is that they messed with the wrong fellow. US Army Ranger Recon Veteran who knows his way around and the AG of Texas. SO I filled out the paperwork online but to even more importantly was the reason for the flowers. My special Teacher just lost her staff member to a gun-shot to the head from his PTSD from Iraq War Veteran. I am a nonprofit that helps Vets struggling with those issues. So, its only a matter of days before they are removed from online presence and investigated for fraud and unlawful business practices. Ya see, you don't mess with Texas people. If Recon taught me anything it was to be complete if someone who is out there does get the jump on me; there is always another way. I'm not talking revenge but the swift but right arm of the Texas AG for screwing with peoples money. Pretending to be someone you are not. Good reddens Terrys Florist. Go back to the Philippines and practice that crap someone else.

I ordered flowers online this morning to surprise a co-worker. I gave the Customer Service number a call to see when would my flowers be delivered considering the flowers would be delivered to my place of business which closes at 2:30 p.m. which I specified to the CSR before she debited my account for almost $100.00. After placing a 2nd call I was told that the order was out for delivery. About a hour later a 3rd CSR called and asked if the flowers could be delivered on tomorrow because the truck broke down. Immediately I knew this was some b/s. I told the CSR to return my money back to my card and she implied that they did not have any money at the store nd a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. I informed this scam ass business that I would be calling BBB asap and I will be doing a fraudulent claim to my bank.

Horrible, horrible is all I can say. Terrible customer service and low quality flowers. They are definitely a scam operation. Flowers not delivered until many phone calls after being hung up on, left to hold or just being transferred to nowhere. $130 order paid for and a half dead arrangement that I had to redo myself which probably was a grocery store 5 day old bouquet maybe costing $20. Don’t waste your time or $ on this business. Disgraceful!!!

Ordered flowers for my mom, they lied and said they didn’t have enough flowers ( I ordered them 5th for the 15th!!!) and they said they didn’t have a delivery driver for the 15th; flat out lie. They didn’t have any flowers- at a florist!!!! I asked for refund and I’m fighting my bank and them at the same time now; all because I wanted to send my mom flowers!!! Use Jen Mor in Camden because let me tell you; they are legit. Terrys is a pure nightmare! I hope they go out of business very soon!!! I called them twice to confirm and they called me back from India !! Yea they use India for customer service; ridiculous!!! Horrible experience for way too much money. Jen Mor only cost me $60 vs $92 at Terrys!!! Seriously run run run away from them!!! Still waiting for my money back k!!!!!

I ordered the flowers/gifts on 02/09/23 by Terry's Florist. The delivery date was supposed to be 02/14/23. My wife didn't get her Valintine's delivery. I thought with it being so busy maybe the flowers/gifts were just going to be a day late. So, I waited for the delivery which did not show up. I then called Terry's Florist @ (888) 507-9738 on 02/15/2023 and spoke to a customer sales rep about the situation. I informed her that the money had been taken out of my bank account on 02/14/23 and there was no delivery made. The customer sales rep then informed me that my order was canceled on 02/14/23 due to a distribution issue within their warehouse. She then said they tried to contact me by phone and email on 02/14/23. This is not the case. I did not receive an email or a phone call from Terry's Florist. They have my phone number, my wife's phone number and my email. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told there wasn't one available. I informed the customer sales rep that I would wait until the supervisor was available. She insisted that her supervisor was busy with another customer, and it would be a while. I again said I would wait. She then told me I am sorry sir but there is no supervisor available. If you ask me what you want to ask the supervisor, then I will answer your questions like the supervisor would. She informed me a full refund was issued to my card and it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive the funds back. She could not give me a confirmation number to substantiate this. My question is "Why did they take the money in the first place if they knew it couldn't be delivered?" Terry's Florist took money out of my account on 02/14/23 knowing there was nothing to deliver. They claim they are giving me a refund which they initiated on 02/14/23. The email (just hand typed email with no confirmation number) stated the refund was processed on the day I called (02/15/23). I do not think they planned on giving me a refund until I called to find out what was going on with my order. Again, I ask why did they take the money from my account knowing there was no product to deliver? I now have to wait 3 to 5 business day to receive MY MONEY back (if in fact they do refund MY MONEY) that should not have been taken in the first place.

I ordered a full bouquet “PREMIUM“ (not Basic, nor Delux size) to be sent to my friend for her birthday. My friend send me a picture to thank me for the flowers (it’s a gift so she doesn’t know what she supposed to get) and when I saw the picture of the flowers I was Deeply Dissatisfied Shocked and Disappointed!!!!!!!!
They are such a disgrace and thiefs.
They said they would return $19 which still makes no difference what’s however on what I’ve ordered.

This is the most ridiculous way to run a business. I ordered flowers last week for Valentine’s Day. I didn't get a call until 7pm last night on Valentine’s Day saying they weren't going to be delivered and was promised they would be today. I received a call today saying they will be delivered and two hours later they said they would not be delivered until Friday due to supply shortages. The worst part, they didn’t even care. What a horrible business

My $100 arrangement was sparse and wilting. Petals were falling off everywhere. Didn’t look like what I ordered at all. It was a complete embarrassment for my wife. When I contacted, they offered to refund $15. That’s it. Terrible.

I placed my order 5 days in advance and then just never delievered or called or anything. I finally get them on the phone and they stated there was a supply chain issue. how are these dumb asses in business.. Also never recieved my 200$.. Its a scam DO NOT do business with these people.

I ordered flowers 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time (1/27) and get told on the day of delivery (2/14) that they were unable to make the delivery that day because "They are busy and have a lot of orders" 2 1/2 weeks, really? To add insult to injury I was also told that since they couldn't make the delivery as promised they would not charge my card. Funny since they charged it on the day I ordered the flowers 1/27 and it cleared my bank on 2/2. Stay far away from these shysters. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

RUN from this place. The lack of service and communication for my loved one's CASKET FLOWERS was beyond reprehensible. They called 50 minutes before the funeral (I was at the church meeting with the funeral home staff) to tell me they didn't have the flowers for the casket. The service was at 11 am - could they not have called the day before? I had no time to call another florist or even run to the grocery store for flowers. THEY ARE DISGUSTING and added so much pain and suffering to an already horrific day. Then the person on the phone had the nerve to ask if I wanted a refund???? I will shout from all rooftops for people to avoid this company.
