Sadly a little longer off road than thought due to brake callipers supplied not having all the parts required, but cannot fault the mechanic at all, in any way. Very honest asking if I still wanted him to fit the new callipers when he discovered that they weren’t actually needed. Very polite and great communication.

This is the easiest way to have work done on your car. I needed break pads and discs front and rear. Booked via the AA app, got a fantastic price. You are given a choice of a local garage or fit at home. I selected the latter. The communication through the whole was excellent.

As informed, mechanic arrived well with in time slot, work was completed, clean and tidy, no dirty marks left, well done AA.

The work was done in March. I was invoice this week (end of June). No idea why it took so long to take payment. Luckily there was enough in my account. A heads up would have been appreciated.

Easy and comfortable booking process. Price very affordable. The actual job done very professionally. We had to add another job and that also went well. Good service overall.

Mechanic was excellent on a very hot and debilitating day. 5 stars!! Very happy with his work.
But the communication about the appt was poor - emails repeatedly said arrival before 4pm and the person I spoke to at the call centre after midday gave all sorts of excuses eg new system being introduced! A simple email/call to keep us up to date should have been straightforward. Your communication said we would receive a phone call the morning of and then just before arrival of the mechanic. He did ring just before arrival but there was no earlier call.

Got my car serviced at my house, they were polite and helpful and cheaper then the main dealership. Defiatly would recommend and will be using them for furture car services.

Staff were fantastic quick and efficient would use again

Sent the incorrect paperwork to me with the wrong mileage of the vehicle. When complained the same day AA promised to fix it and resend. One week later still outstanding and have no record of previous request.

It was a great service and i would very much recommend this garage again.

Wanted to book an MOT and added a service a an after thought but only got the service. So paid for a service which was not really needed yet and did not get the MOT I wanted.
