Booked a home visit for brake pad change. Was advised I would get a call with time of appointment on the morning from the driver. They just turned up with no call. Did front brakes. Advised they couldn’t do back due to some corrosion. They reported brake fluid dirty and needed changing. They then said I needed rear discs as well. Took it to my local garage who have just called to say there is nothing wrong with brake pads or discs and they don’t need replacing. They have checked this also with the mot team. Also reported the break fluid is fine.

Very easy and quick way to book a service and MOT. Grateful that my car was picked up from and returned to my home address.

I was attracted to the site due to the offering of collection/drop off but unfortunately this didn’t happen.
I had an extra issue I asked them to look at but communication wasn’t brilliant.

Could have left the car in a cleaner state. All the boxes were ticked but anybody can tick a box! I was left with the feeling that there could have been space for comments at the end with a personal viewpoint of the vehicle, anything to look out for etc. Then, when it was ready I had to walk a couple of hundred metres around to a side street to collect it, not easy for an elderly chap. It could have been brought around for the customer.

Easy to book online at a local garage. Peace of mind as it is AA recommended and also slightly cheaper (at the time) than a standard MOT price.
Payment taken after the work is done and booking is easy to make and amend if necessary.

The mechanics were great , sorted the repair with no fuss and gave me confidence that it was completed safely .

Overall, excellent Customer Service from the price & booking process to the car service itself. The mechanic carried out the work very efficiently.
Also, it was the useful convenience of having the car serviced at home.

You recommended the garage for my sevice and MOT.. they changed the front brake pads. Now I have a scraping sound

Came to pick my car up on time would highly recommend the garage 1st class customer service aswell as dropping it off within a few hour and wasn't away all day MOT and Service done.

Prompt professional service. Very pleased with work undertaken. Will definitely book again.

Mix up with appointments but once sorted all good. It was good to know I could trust the garage and not worry about unnecessary cost.

The experience was very good, although it could have been excellent had the service provider just called me upon completion of the work. No complaints though, I'm very pleased with what the AA and the servicing company provided. Great work and experience from all parties. Thank you!

Only problem I had was the car was meant to be picked up from my home and at the last minute AA rang to say I had to drop car off
The garage was out of my area so was a pain to get back from and go back for car
Overall the garage was spot on and great customer service
The 4⭐️ would of been 5 but the no pickup was why I dropped a ⭐️

The mechanic was on time, protected the drive, carried out the work efficiently and very informative as to what he was doing, will use again

It was really good at the garage just had a hic up when trying to give go ahead for repairs

MOT was completed in the time they stated. Very good staff that explained everything clearly but we're unable to assist with sorting out the MOT failures. Being a Tesla, maybe that's understandable.

The driver was very polite, updated me of the changes, advice about services they provide at homes. He ensured the car was tested before he handed over the key.

Amazing service. Kept up to date throughout the process. The mechanic was on time and rang beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. 😊
