A very positive experience. First time I had an AA service at home. It was so convenient. The engineer Mark was excellent, professional and very informative about the service and its outcome.

Pleasant young man who carried out the service efficiently.

I think it’s very over priced for what it was. I got verbally told I need work doing but it’s not on the report which isn’t helpful.

Extremely dissapointed and frustrated regarding the appalling ongoing service I have received with my vehicle repairs through AA smart care.
As a loyal customer for many years, I am utterly disheartened by the complete lack of support and communication, leaving me with no assurance as to when my car will ever be returned.

​My vehicle has now been sitting at the garage for 7 weeks, during which I have been given a continuous runaround. Despite registering a formal complaint directly with yourselves, I have received no support or follow-up whatsoever. I have had to do all the chasing myself while my car is effectively being held hostage by a garage that appears incapable of performing the work.

​The situation has reached a point of sheer frustration:

​Misleading updates: The garage previously told me the repair was complete and ready for collection, only for me to arrive and discover that absolutely no work had been undertaken. ​Neglect of paid work: Upon visiting the garage in person to check on progress, I found my vehicle parked in a corner, left untouched for weeks, with parts I have already paid for still unfitted. I have taken photos as evidence of this neglect.

​I have lost all confidence in this process and have no hope of completion without your direct intervention.

Truly terrible service. Don't waste your time.
Booked them to do an oil and filter change + rear brake pads. The guy arrived 90 minutes late, informed me that he could do the oil/filter but not the brakes as he had a doctors appointment to go to and I'd need to rebook. I have had to rebook 3 times, and they still haven't been to do my brakes! I've just had a text to say that they won't be coming to do them tomorrow either! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Very easy to sort, reasonably priced and hassle free, the garage were courteous and efficient - couldn't have asked for more

Difficult to communicate with technician. Report said petrol when it is EV. Took 4 phone calls to get corrected, each time a call back was promised and didn't happen. Was told manufacturer's service history would be updated, was not. Apparently AA do not have adequate tech

Had a morning appointment and was called beforehand to come in earlier if possible as my appointment had been brought forward so I did and arrived just after 10.30. Left the car for over an hour, on my return was told very sorry but it won’t be getting done until 15.30. I was very annoyed and asked for the car to be given back which they couldn’t do as apparently it wasn’t even being done at that garage which the AA recommended, it was being subbed out to a third party somewhere else! A lot of hassle later and several calls to the third party and I managed to get my car back eventually with an MOT. I shall not be using AA recommendations ever again.

Arrived much later than agreed and no communication to let me know. So I waited and wasted my day.

When they did arrive the team were lovely and very helpful. Happy with the service but not the communication.

The actual garage was good. But AA Smart wasn't. They failed to send me the email with the quote for the additional work, which made the whole experience more inconvenient.

Zac the mechanic who did the servic was excellent for both of the cars I had serviced. Really helpful.
