Mechanic arrived on time
He was the same chap who serviced the car a little while ago.
Did the work. Explained things well.
So much easier than taking to a garage.

Searched for the job I needed and the AA were able to price this up for me quickly. They then located garages near to me to complete the job, this was 2 days later. They offered a finance plan if you couldn’t pay the job straight away either. The garage expected me when I turned up and the job took a few hours. Very easy to book through.

I've to travel about 1 hrs go and 1 hrs come cos there is no approved AA garage near my address from ct19 5hf to ct4 3QT. Getting there was so ridiculous
The approach from the lady reception was i have to leave my car till the next day because they're not AA only working with AA they could see have already made my payment with AA and as a result if only I've come to there garage for the booking will have been the best. I booked for MOT & MAJOR SERVICE. My booking includes: Pollen filter change, brake fluid check, air filter change, oil change, oil filter change. (My mot was done, and I can only see them changing the engine oil and the oil filter).

I expected to be directed to some of the best garages to have my MOT and Major service done but found something very different. MR Motors in Bletchley doesn’t even have the ability to MOT. I had to return for a remot and he took my keys and car and returned some 40 minutes later because a garage in another street does the MOTs

Prompt friendly service

I received reminder of appointment day before, received a call 20 mins before arrival and the mechanic was spot on, really nice guy too as well as good at his job.

Job was done within an hour, recommended after a breakdown, good job.

The young chap was very good and helpful.

A good experience and the work carried out by the team was to its highest standards and all information further needed was kept updated and documentation was sent via e mail

We agreed a pm appointment but you turned up in the morning, unhelpful, disabled and need to keep to time.

Honestly, the service start to finish was awful, 0 communication, 0 information, i dropped my car off at the garage and received no updates until 3 hours later telling me i had to pay money, paid the money, got nothing back, no update, it took them 2 hours to notify the garage i had paid which by that point the garage had started on another car and meant i wouldnt get the work done or my car back for the weekend. Had to physically call them to get updates and in the end told them not to bother as i was cancelling and going elsewhere, if you want hassle free service and peace of mind, dont book through AA smart care, sure the prices are often lower but the trade off is that you will end up with more stress. Paying god knows how much for the AA to make a profit. £95 for breakpads to be stripped and inspected.... and to be told in the same automated text that any additional work from the inspection will add more charges. No phonecalls from them, just an automated text when money was required, oh and another one the day after telling me the work requested had been complete and i could collect my car, when i had already collected my car the day before to take it elsewhere. Absolute dogwater service.

Making the appointment was simple. The updates were prompt and informative. On dropping my car off the staff were friendly and helpful as they were when I received the phone call to say it was ready for collection. Overall a very friendly service and at a very good price.

Very easy service to use. Clear instruction and fast response. The whole booking process, price and peace of mind knowing the garage is AA recommended gives you the confidence knowing you're in safe hands.

2 months after service yet to receive any documentation relating to the service, online account shows the booking as pending still. Contacted smartcare by email who have said this is because they've not received the invoice from the garage. I followed up for an update and haven't heard from smartcare since, they've ignored emails, questions, info on how to raise a complaint etc... really poor service and concerning because I still don't know if the service revealed any issues I need to rectify.

The garage was incompetent, unprofessional and lacking in any kind of personal service. They treated me like I was unimportant to them so will be taking my business somewhere else next time. Expect better from an AA garage.

The MOT was carried out. Told failed and needs investigation but one was a tyre pressure alert which previous tyre change business had not taken alert off when tyres replaced. Told brake pads near replacement, I had them checked elsewhere same day and plenty wear leftyet that has been written on MOT as a notice. I went back for retest and done straight away.

My car was booked for Service and MOT yesterday 7.8.2026. The car was collected promptly by a member of staff at Auto Elite Motors. I was contacted by AA Smart Car later in the morning informing me the car had passed its MOT, but there were a few additional recommendations required. I agreed to having a new tyre fitted as my existing tyre had two nails embedded in it. The car was returned, along with the signed Service Record Book and I can state, from the online booking process, to being kept informed of the progress of works, I was happy with the service carried out on my car.

The job was done quickly and I got an oil change which my car needed. Good job.
