The driver was very polite, updated me of the changes, advice about services they provide at homes. He ensured the car was tested before he handed over the key.

Amazing service. Kept up to date throughout the process. The mechanic was on time and rang beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. 😊

Wasn't kept updated on arrival didn't get a phone call on the morning to let me now what time he would arrive had to phone smartcare for that information and didn't phone me 15mins befor arriving he phone me when he arrived at the address instead apart from that everything was fine

This was very poor service. Unexpected! Arrived early for the appointment but the garage opened late and were unapologetic about it. I was asked to leave the car and would be contacted once the MOT process is complete. My car did not pass the MOT because of the tailgate light so, this needs sorting first. Agreed, that is good as that is the purpose of MOT. However, my car key was lost. They took forever to look for the car keys. After finding it, they acted as if they were doing me a favour in terms of me returning wi the the car to ensure the fault is fixed for them to run the MOT again. I was later told by friends that is supposed to be standard . My boot flap and seal were impacted by whatever they did. They did not tell me anything. Rather I found out when I opened my boot. Why would you lose my key and damage my boot? Neither fix it nor apologise?

The communication could have been better, the mot was done on the Friday morning and I didn't hear anything till Monday morning

Arrived on time , absolutely no fuss . I would recommend the at home service to anyone .

Having service on drive

Did everything you said. Turned up on time, did went was needed with good feedback. How servicing should be.

AA did a great job changing my front brake pads the gentleman was on time very polite and he did a great job the service was amazing as the job was done booking process was easy and the price was unbeatable I definitely recommend every one with a car to use AA

My Van was dropped of after breakdown excatly one week before i got a bill for checking my tire thread depth
nothing else on my 40 pound invoice
the garage was supposed to check the fault that caused my breakdown ( clutch failure )
no other comunication at all happend from the garage or AA

AA we're on time, no fuss, and completed the oil and filter change perfectly.
Very happy 😊

He was the same chap who serviced the car a little while ago.
Did the work. Explained things well.
So much easier than taking to a garage.

Searched for the job I needed and the AA were able to price this up for me quickly. They then located garages near to me to complete the job, this was 2 days later. They offered a finance plan if you couldn’t pay the job straight away either. The garage expected me when I turned up and the job took a few hours. Very easy to book through.

I've to travel about 1 hrs go and 1 hrs come cos there is no approved AA garage near my address from ct19 5hf to ct4 3QT. Getting there was so ridiculous
The approach from the lady reception was i have to leave my car till the next day because they're not AA only working with AA they could see have already made my payment with AA and as a result if only I've come to there garage for the booking will have been the best. I booked for MOT & MAJOR SERVICE. My booking includes: Pollen filter change, brake fluid check, air filter change, oil change, oil filter change. (My mot was done, and I can only see them changing the engine oil and the oil filter).

I expected to be directed to some of the best garages to have my MOT and Major service done but found something very different. MR Motors in Bletchley doesn’t even have the ability to MOT. I had to return for a remot and he took my keys and car and returned some 40 minutes later because a garage in another street does the MOTs

Prompt friendly service

I received reminder of appointment day before, received a call 20 mins before arrival and the mechanic was spot on, really nice guy too as well as good at his job.

Job was done within an hour, recommended after a breakdown, good job.

The young chap was very good and helpful.
