We at The GP service provide an Online Doctor service to help diagnose and treat common conditions using our on-line consultation platform. Our aim is to provide a safe, discreet and easy journey for patients who are looking for private medical treatment at their convenience and at a cost that people can afford. Our system allows patients to consult with qualified Doctors with a consultation via online assessment questionnaires or through secure video chat. They can then choose to collect their treatment from any Pharmacy registered with our service. The service also allows Doctors at their sole discretion to provide prescriptions where appropriate as well as referral letters and fit notes. Holiday help
I was holidaying from Australia and couldn’t believe how easy it was to get assistance for my chest infection, had antibiotics prescription sent to the local pharmacy where I was staying.. saved my holiday!

The actual appointment was fine, absolutely no issues with the medical advice and issue prescription.
However I didn’t want to download the App or set up an account

Failed to supply prescribed medication
A month after my (very expensive) consultation with the Treat-it clinic operated by the GP Service, they have failed to provide the medication they prescribed. The prescription has been cancelled three times due to 'stock issues' and despite many queries no one at this clinic can give me a credible timescale for when they will supply the medication I have paid for. They brand themselves as the 'most trusted clinic' in the UK - well they are not trusted by me.
