My stay at Vale was great. All staff were excellent, especially Jessy Ong. She helped me with sorting out a shuttle to hotel, despite being a last minute request. That ensured my stay at Vale began with a good start

I have been working with Jess and the team on a group for 2026 and have found their responsiveness and information provision to be excellent.

My experience was incredibly easy and friction free. Johanah Tabay was so helpful and supportive of my requests that I couldn’t imagine being looked after any better. Thank you!

Jewel was incredibly helpful in pre-trip planning, staff on arrival including Finn and Petro also great, and our 2 bedroom apartment was very nice - super easy ski in / ski out

From the very beginning of my planning process, Gizelle and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They patiently assisted me with transportation arrangements, equipment rental inquiries, dining options, and all the small but important details that truly make a ski holiday seamless and stress-free.

Every question was answered clearly and promptly, and I always felt well taken care of. Their level of service reflects genuine care for guests, not just efficiency. It made a big difference and gave me great confidence ahead of my stay.

She was patient with our stream of various requests and her replies were always so polite and clear, which really gave us confidence and assurance that we were in good hands. Gizelle Rondero helped me from start to finish with completing my booking. She responded to all my queries in a timely manner. Very straightforward process in respect of handling all my requests and finalizing my itinerary.

When our family encountered an unexpected situation that led us to cancel our trip, we requested assistance from NISADE to help cancel all of our arrangements. Despite not having purchased travel insurance for cancellations due to such incidents, Niro from GE and Jessica from RES were extremely professional and patient in assisting us. In the end, the issue was perfectly resolved.

Exceptional customer experience prior to us arriving. Made the process very seamless and even arranged airport transfers and accommodated all our requests. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at the Niseko Kyo and it was absolutely brilliant. Diane was incredibly helpful making sure all bookings and rentals had been arranged - from ski lessons to restaurants and suggesting activities for my kids. Skiing holidays are wonderful and fun for families but a lot of organising goes into them, Diane made that experience pain free!

Joda has been absolutely fantastic in supporting all of our groups planning, reservations and answering all our questions very quickly and thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with her responsiveness and overall support.
