I send enquiry to ask when I able to book the ski resort, The Vale Rusutsu in Hokkaido ahead in advance even they already close for the “ early bird” booking. An Nguyen kindly send me a “CODE” that I eventually able to make reservation. I really appreciated and on top that later when I asked for upgrade the room type and add extra person, she is really helpful.

Great communication, helped me book my ski rentals, arranged private transportation and when needed provided me helpful links for public transportation. Joda was friendly, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend using them to arrange your travel plans. Our ski trip to Niseko was wonderful.

We had a fantastic 5 nights stay at Niseko Kyo in Feb 2026. Service was superb from reservations up to our stay and the team helped us to book everything. Only feedback would perhaps to increase variety for breakfast.

They were exceedingly helpful once the case had been reviewed by more senior management. I was very happy to be able to get a refund which means I can now rebook more suitable accommodation.
