We contacted the hotel in advance regarding the breakfast options and An Nguyen quickly responded to our inquiry and gave us a very clear answer in a friendly and polite manner. We are excited to stay at the Vale Rusutsu for our upcoming Spring ski trip in March!

From booking and my 1000 questions answered by Lyndy to the departure on our final day, the team went out of it's way to make sure we had a great time! Everyone at the Vale and at the Rusutsu were friendly and nice and genuinely helpful.

Gizelle was so helpful and made our booking experience seamless and great. We booked transfers, lift passes and ski gear through her and she also offered extra services and recommendations

I received prompt and helpful support from Gladys first in booking my accommodation, then with Jan who facilitated the pre-trip concierge services. I appreciated having a single point of contact for all queries from ski lift passes to information about other activities, restaurant booking information, taxi and shuttle information, availability of pajamas in the accommodation and more. Was also a nice touch to receive bedroom slippers and welcome snacks.

Jessy Ong has been so helpful with everything we needed. She responds to our questions very quickly and thinks of everything!

From the moment we arrived, your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were clear and it never felt like “service” in a transactional sense; it felt like true hospitality.

We especially appreciated how responsive you were whenever we needed anything. The way your team supported my dad with his wheelchair, including helping him safely and respectfully to the washroom when required, made a real difference to our family’s peace of mind. We are also very grateful for the additional care and consideration you showed my wife after she sprained her ankle; checking in on her, helping us with what we needed, and making sure she was comfortable.

Diane Garrol was our co-originator for our 18 days winter Niseko ski holidays and she did an exceptional job in looking after us and assisting in meeting our many needs and requests, sometimes even responding at 1.30 am in the morning!! She was knowledgeable, friendly , and very helpful and even provided a complete itemised program of our bookings eventhough we did not ask for it. We are very happy to return back to Maples and the staff service at Maples was also wonderful and especially Tash Sarmiento the Manager who responded positively to all our requests.
We are looking forward to a great time in the next 17 days.
