Lyndy Cu of The Luxe Nomad was phenomenal in assisting me with booking our ski vacation to Niseko. This is our first visit to Japan and Lyndy was there every step of the way throughout the planning and booking process. Joda has been extremely helpful in organising our stay at Fenix Furano before we arrive. She has been helping us with the restaurant bookings/ transfer from the airport. We are extremely happy with the service. Highly recommended.

Kammelle Labitan - was our coordinator to winter Niseko skiing and she did a fantastic job! Recommendations were spot on. Compiled all the bookings into a final email without us asking. Other facilities are just okay, the room is good, but overall linkage among resorts are weaker, separated.

Our experience so far has been wonderful! We've had to make late changes and Jessy was incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk me through changes and solved our issues with ease and very quickly too.

Had a lovely stay at The Vale, Niseko as a family of four :) Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with the receptionists giving us great restaurant recommendations. We are currently preparing another trip there for this year's season and Jan, who we communicate with through email in preparation of our trip, is amazing, taking care of our ski lessons and reservations :) Overall great experience with The Luxe Nomad.

Hotel notified us of the delay in the opening of Grand Hirafu Lift Operation, and offered to change our dates. Gracie Acdal was very prompt in getting back to us with regards to our enquiries and eventually helping us with our change. Very appreciative of her prompt help.

Extremely pleased with the warm, welcoming service. Had the pleasure of setting up my friend group's stay at Snow Crystal Nisade with staff member Gizelle Rondero and it made the entire process so much more pleasant and easy. She was friendly and helped us book extracurricular activities such as snowsports lessons and even provided us with a polished outline of our trip itinerary. The service was spectacular.
