I ordered 12 Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars. They were sent out loose in a large black plastic bag and no bubble wrap or any type of protective packaging or sturdy cardboard box, and consequently they arrived broken and crushed. At £6.49 for postage, I would have expected some of that to pay for appropriate packaging as 2nd class parcel only costs £3.95. What was other £2.56 for? Savannah is responsible for posting parcels appropriately so that customer's orders are received in good condition, but failed badly to do so in this case.

Amazed by The Savanna. Received my order within days and the products are great. The communication shown from the moment I ordered was fantastic, showing how much they care about their products and customers. Will be back for more 👍🏻

i am very happy with my experience with Savanna, I was able to treat my son to a few gem squash , his favourite veg. I missed the season last year and they sell out fast.
I have one request, when an item is out of stock it would be great if it could be noted on a backorder system and be notified when it becomes available. I am yearning for a couple of bottles of Wellingtons Sweet Chili sauce!

Excellent. The gems are perfect. I had a gem squash curry the same day that they arrived. I am very thankful that I can get my favourite vegetable in the UK.

They kept us regularly well informed of the progress of the delivery upto its arrival and promptly replied to an email I sent. The gem squash are big and firm.
My tin of creamed corn was dented probably by the big gem squash, but I am hoping it doesn't mess up the internal part of the can.
The iwisa mealie meal is perfect. Thank you. Postage is a bit steep only because I know that they are many providers much cheaper and what I paid, then again I might not have received my products as quickly as I did so I'm happy to have paid.

No great experience tbh was to be a drunk with my SA friend going home but delivery was several days Kate and no great communication. Just it running late ...wow thanks

Mrs Balls chutney greatly recieved, at a good delivery time and packaging. However, Not all items ordered were delivered due to their system not being updated that the item was actually out of stock. Communication from Savanna was very prompt after my complaint and refunded.
