My flight was delayed due to mechanical…

My flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, causing me to miss my connection in Miami. I spent two days in Miami, with no reimbursement for prepaid car rental and food and room in Bonaire for the two days.
My luggage was four days lost, no reimbursement after sending in receipts, and MANY days of correspondence. The worst experience ever! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A total scam! Also, I was unable to leave a one star review.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your case and confirmed that you were reimbursed for meals and transportation in Miami under the Trip Delay benefit. While the policy does not cover interruptions due to mechanical delays, we were able to apply the maximum Missed Connection benefit toward your non-refundable Bonaire expenses.
Regarding your luggage, we were unable to provide reimbursement because the receipts provided were unreadable or missing, and we could not verify a delay during your time in Miami or Bonaire. We understand this is frustrating, but if you can provide legible receipts for essential items purchased during the delay, please email them to your adjuster for review.

Extremely simple process

This process was extremely simple. I answered a few questions and received a quote in seconds. I was able to review the policy and decided to purchase the policy.
Purchase was also extremely easy. I just entered my credit card number, and that was it.
