Sofa bed looks nice in our flat. We made the right choice this time.

Sturdy enough for my workshop. Bought it for my workshop. Apart from being sturdy, it also retains dirts quite well. Wouldn't have been happier with any other sofa bed than this.

Practical and modern smart bedside I must say. Had to start relying on this to charge my phone without need for chargers. A very useful product it is.

I ordered the beige sofa bed. It came without instruction, I was a bit worried and reached out to James who informed me it is pre-assembled. He guided me and all I needed to do was to click the armrests and headboard into the already-preassembled hangers. That was swift to do I must say.
It's a fantastic service I got from James and the sofa bed isn't bad as well. It's firm though and works for my back pain.

I give my 5 stars to Unicorn Furniture. I bought a sofa bed, knowing I was going on holidays, I requested a future delivery date, my sofa bed was delivered same day and the mattress does comes firm. Easy to pull out. Can't forget the sturdiness of it. I recommend them.

I recently had to get a part for the sofa bed we had purchased and was not clear what i needed.

The outstanding support and the patients of the manager, with me asking what must have been obvious question to him, has just been so welcoming. I have nothing but praise for the customer service provided and the efficient responses to my chain of emails. To add, the delivery of the item was super quick. I am ever so grateful for all the help i had and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who was not sure, they are superb!

We bought the grey sofa bed. while assemblying it, my son got one of the armrests scratched. We did reached out and James sent us a replacement within 3 days. I am so happy with this treatment we received from unicorn furniture.

We bought a blue sofa bed. It came a day earlier than we expected. Its a strong one with thick mattress. A little firm though but out family who visited loved it. We have some other family coming over this summer and the room is all prepared for them knowing we have a strong and comfortable sofa bed makes it easier hosting families now.

I've ordered and paid for a sofa bed. I understood that there would be a delivery delay. The delivery is now due.
Looking at their website, it says "order complete"
I'm trying to organise delivery, but they are not answering my emails, and the phone goes unanswered. They are not replying to the messages I leave.
The correspondence before I ordered was ok, the website looks OK.
I have just checked Companies House and they are registered as a micro business. 1 employee, turnover about £41k.
I have family visiting from Australia next week, and I'm relying on the sofa bed, so I have somewhere for everyone to sleep!
My advice is NOT to use this company, they aren't reliable.
Next step is the small claims court.
Update:22/07/2024
The company offered either a discount of £100 for a late delivery, or a full refund. I chose the refund. They issued a refund note by email, and the refund appeared in my credit card account. But it promptly disappeared, I contacted Unicorn again and they said it was with my bank, so I contacted Tesco Bank. They said that was quite normal and it would reapear in a couple of days. It took until the 22/7/24 to be credited to my account. Refunds from the likes of Amazon, eBay M&S are credited immediately.
I've updated my rating to 3 stars.
I wouldn't use them again.
I think that they are basically honest, but a small company with very limited resources. If everything is OK, everything works, but if there is a problem, they struggle to cope.
Tesco Bank didn't help, by removing the refund from my pending list, without any warning or comment.

Firm sofabed and it comes very sturdy. Delivery guys were very helpful as well by helping to place the boxes in our room of choice. Overall, it's a good buy and quite trustworthy company.

James was indeed very helpful replying to my emails as i was initially hesitant buying from this company. But having a company myself where i see competitors tried to pull me down with all sort of fake reviews. I gave it a shot.
My sofa bed was delivered after 4 days. I guess from Manchester to Scotland orders takes that long. Quite firm and sturdy mattress. We are happy we with our purchase.

if i can give 0 stars i would, i ordered a couch but told that it was not in stock , asked for my money back and guess what , after three weeks .....no refund, no communication ,nothing, i think yhis place is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This place is a scam!! Honestly, I’m a verified user. I should have read all the reviews before ordering. Ordered a couch which they didn’t have in stock and then told me it would be here 5 weeks later. So wanted a refund but they haven’t answered phones nor emails. They are impossible to get hold of. Please please don’t go through this company. The couch was £600 which I’m sure I’ll never see again. Horrendous people!

Very nice sofa bed from Unicorn Furniture. It exceeded my expectations by being very comfortable (it's not too soft and not too hard) I will say mid firm or extra firm but for me, it is firm enough for my back pain.
Extremely easy to assemble, easy to put in both positions quickly.
Finish in general is very good, above average. The storage space is excellent, large enough and easy to use.

I'm super happy with the purchase and recommend it to everyone.

I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with Unicorn global in the hope that others do not fall victim to their deceitful practices.

Two months have passed since I first initiated a refund request for a defective sofa bed purchased from Unicorn global . The saga began when the item was delivered in a broken condition after an agonizing five-week wait. Despite immediate efforts to return the item and seek a full refund, my attempts have been met with nothing but frustration and negligence on the part of unicorn global.

Not only does the phone line provided by the company fail to connect, but my numerous emails regarding the matter have also gone unanswered. A month ago, the broken sofa was finally collected by their representatives, but since then, there has been absolute silence regarding my complaint and the promised refund.

The abysmal lack of customer service and accountability displayed by unicorn is nothing short of disgraceful. It is evident that they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or basic consumer rights. Their actions reek of dishonesty and a complete disregard for decency.

I urge anyone considering doing business with unicorns to think twice. They are nothing more than a fraudulent entity that preys on unsuspecting customers, taking their money and leaving them with nothing but frustration and disappointment.

I am determined to share my experience far and wide to prevent others from falling victim to unicorns deceptive practices. Please spare yourself the agony and avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a sofa bed online, they took payment then emailed me the following day to say it wasn't in stock. Asked for a refund on my reply as it was 3 weeks to get new stock. After being promised a refund within 2-5 days, it's 10 days now and still no refund, so I've gone through PayPal for a claim. Terrible communication from this company with the telephone number available that is never answered and the mailbox is full. Avoid this company! Edit: it's now December 14th and still no refund, emailed them again today, it's £599!
