Updoc have been charging me constantly…
Updoc have been charging me constantly for the past few months. I have cancelled this subscription on 4 different occasions and even did my due diligence in regards to ensuring the subscription has been cancelled and I am continously being charged. This is beyond frustarting as it has been a constant headache and a waste of money. I have requested a refund multiple times due to this and it has not been processed.

Okay they were professional and I cannot fault that,they couldn't prescribe hydrocortisone for me as they needed more medical back history and refunded me straight away, only 4 starts because they could have called me to have more information and details regarding my problem and they did not.

Medication started within the hour, urinary tract infection treated and pain relieved.
Following up with regular gp but correct diagnosis was made and correct antibiotics were prescribed.
