I am a sole parent to five small foster children and run short on babysitters continually so not having to take them all to the doctor with my sick 94 year old mum is an absolute godsend- I was able to send photos for the doctor to see what was going on and the process of getting her a prescription was quick and easy. An added bonus was that she didn’t have to sit in a waiting room full of sick people, being able to keep her home and comfortable was fantastic - can’t recommend highly enough

The Doctor listened to what I said gave me a script straight away also advise for my GP everything was so easy will recommend family and friends

Speedy service

Up doc, I'm so grateful, that registered doctors run this service, as it's impossible to get an appointment at my surgery, if you do, it's a wrong diagnosis.
But updoc, have come to my rescue, after a DV incident, I needed medical evidence to support my application, the process was so easy, and usually a lot cheaper than a local GP, thank you, updoc, I will always use you if needed.

I used Updoc to obtain an official medical letter for complex housing and healthcare requirements, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. As an autistic person who finds telephone communication overwhelming, having an accessible, completely online written process made a high-stress situation manageable.

Dr Joshua Nivern was thorough, attentive, and took the time to review my complex health history properly. When I needed an amendment made to the letter to reflect critical environmental details and clinical wording, the support team and Dr Nivern processed the change rapidly and without fuss.

The resulting letter was comprehensive, professional, and included full GMC registration details alongside a digital verification link for official bodies to confirm. The turnaround was prompt, the platform was straightforward to navigate, and the clinical care was first-rate. I highly recommend Updoc to anyone who needs reliable, professional, and accessible medical documentation.

So I paid for the service on a Sunday afternoon - I got a prescription through Sunday evening - when presented to the approved dispenser, they were unable to dispense the medication because the 'prescription' email I was sent was not correct. I spoke to a very nice person on the phone who looked into it immediately, and confirmed I had been issued something in error and a new re-issue would be sent, which still has not arrived. I had used / paid for the service because I'm feeling really unwell and for speed / convenience, now I'm out of pocket, with no medication, feeling rubbish and now going to have to wrap up and sit in a walk-in centre for a few hours which is exactly what I wanted to avoid having to do.

I had a massive pain on my knee yesterday while working and had to go the ICU,the DR
checked me up and advised me to do the CT scan through my GP and the GP have to do the self certify and I’m in strong pain at the moment and couldn’t wait for a week and it
doesn’t make sense your in pain and to wait for a week and so on,and your health gets worse.
Updoc has helped me with the supporting
documents and given me enough time to recover within this period.Health comes first
and is very understanding with my health condition,I really appreciate it,Updoc has supported me when I was in panic and in painful situations.Thanks

Very quick and easy. Talked to a doctor with 20 minutes of booking and call was quick and to the point. The doctor listened, asked good questions and was straight to the point. Would definitely use this service again.
