The bike arrived well packaged and in the superb condition that had been documented online. First time e-bike purchase from Upway and I’d do it all over again. Honestly couldn’t ask for more or be much happier!

Item arrived exactly as described. Item was packed well and shipping was fast. Instructions were easy to follow to assemble the item. Price for item was very fair.

Packing was great and bike in top condition. Operating instructions in Specialist manual were poor.

Save yourself the hassle, frustration and, most of all, time, trying to sell your bike online. Instead, sell your bike to Upway. These guys are pros. They make the entire process as simple and fast as possible. I wasted six months trying to sell my top-quality, low mileage and low hours eMTB with several upgraded features on several different websites. All I got in return were lower than low-ball offers from a few "really interested" tire-kickers, none of whom even bothered to check out the bike in person. Within 2 days of contacting Upway, I received an offer for my bike, easily beating the insulting prices the tire-kickers offered. About a week after accepting Upway's offer, I received the shipping box. Upway provided all the information and materials needed to box-up the bike for shipment and have it picked up at my house and delivered to the warehouse. Upway kept me fully informed at every step in the process and the customer service representatives quickly handled several questions I had to my complete satisfaction. Once Upway accepted my bike, I received full payment within several days. Were I selling another bike I'd go straight back to Upway with no hesitation.

Would have given 5 stars but….fedex damaged the bike in shipping. Upway re inspected it at the redondo location and declared it was just cosmetic damage. The steering stem cap was split and should have been replaced. I fortunately had one so no expense to me. Would use them again without fedex. Dave

My bike arrived when promised, in the condition stated online. Price was fair. I would purchase form them again without hesitation.

Ive bought 3 bikes and bee satisfied that you can save money on used vs new. Read all the details of the bike before buying, particularly all measurements and when opening your boxed purchace, photograph each step of unpacking and anything that catches your eye as odd. Im convinced Upway runs an honorable buisness but I believe the do high volume of sales and things slip through the cracks. The customer care dept is great but do homework before purchace.

Upway was absolutely great to work with. I got a fantastic bike for the price and it was delivered to my door in about a week in pristine condition. I felt like I had purchased a new bike. I had zero issues with the delivery or the bike itself. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a great deal on a used bike. Thanks Upway!

The bike arrived in excellent condition. In fact it looked more brand new than used. The description listed scuffs, but they are so minor that the normal untrained eye wouldn't notice them.

The bike was everything Upway said it was. Very satisfied!

This bike was ordered for my daughter. The bike came quick (very quick) and at what I thought was a great shipping price. Because of the packaging, there was no way it could have been damaged. I've built a couple dozen bikes and this was by far the easiest. Handlebar and pedals. The tires were even inflated to spec. Upway has this bike thing figured out.

The bike came exactly how it was described, the fit was perfect, very easy to assemble, and got delivered to me fast and was packed good, no damage during the shipping process.

Description was slightly off. You made up for it in the end, but still a bit more work than was necessary.

The process was so easy and I was impressed on how the bike was packed when it arrived. Just a few minutes to assemble and I was on the road. I will definitely use Upway again and have suggested to several friends.
