Velvet Lane Boutique. This company a SCAM! The worst customer service
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
The worst customer service. Misleading and deceptive. They advertise products in certain sizes. You order them and receive completely different sizes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are NOT Australian.
Terrible items direct from China.
They tell you to email support, I did seven times. I just want my money back or the correct item sent to me.
I do not want a 20% discount on my next order. Why would I order again, when my first order hasn’t been completed???
This company is a huge SCAM.
Poor Australians are being deceived thinking they are buying from a Melbourne based company. They’re in China and will not offer assistance, they just take your money. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my correct order.
The outfits I ordered, are still being advertised for sale in the sizes I want.
I am not sure why I am unable to receive what I am entitled to. The members of the Australian public need to know. There are so many bad reviews about this company. I wish I did my research first. The ACCC need to be notified, before more Australians are deceived.

Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site! - Not the 'high quality' as described on the website, very Shein-like.. and the items I bought have had all their clothing tags cut off, including the care instructions. Very dodgy.
