The Viribus support team went the extra mile to help me get a part that I actually broke while working on my trike. Great communication with me and theu were willing to instruct me on how to order the part I needed.
I am so impress by the quick reply to my email and how to order what I need.
I bought a Viribus electric bike directly from Viribus and I regret it. Customer service is lacking and initially responds with multiple computer generated AI messages. When a real person actually responded, they were curt and not very professional. Assembly of the bike is difficult, and accessories significantly over priced.

The trike itself is great, but I ran into problems while trying to assemble. The first major issue was that the rear tire chain was assembled around the body of the bike. I had to buy a bike chain tool to take it apart and put it back on correctly.
The paper and video instructions in general aren't very clear. Bolts fell off the bike as I took it out of the box and had to figure out where they came from. I purchased the TG1 Pro 350W and the instructions seem like they're for 250W or more generic to make it usable for all the models.

It was easy to order, but still waiting for it to come. I got message that it was delivered but I never got it. Messaged about it and I was told that they are looking into it. That was a week ago and I still have not heard anything from the person

they found a new battery pack at reasonable price. I love my 26 inch viribus trike!
We like the bike since this is the second one we purchased recently. The only problem I had with my latest purchase was the reflector was busted on the rack on the rear wheel. The bar that the reflector was mounted on, was bent back and had snapped off, so I just tied it up temporarily for now so really the only way to fix it is to weld it back on the existing rack or install a new rack the box had no obvious damage
Assembly was a challenge for me but I did it. Riding it is wonderful.
I would have given you a five star review if the tricycle hadn’t required a professional bike person to put it together. It was expensive and delayed my actual use of the bike by about a week or so. It was a disappointment. Enjoying the exercise now, however.

After comparing prices, the BZ1 offered the best bang for my buck. Good motor assist. Also bought their helmet and lock bundle – feels like a complete, secure package without breaking the bank. Battery life is decent for my grocery runs.
At 72, getting on a regular bike was a struggle. ViribusVB1 tricycle with the step-through frame? The low center of gravity makes me feel incredibly stable, even on uneven sidewalks.
there was a problem with my mirror order, I notified the company and was refunded the total amount back onto my credit card. I appreciated the quick response. Do not hesitate to order from them.

Update:
After my review was posted and received several reviews, Viribus sent a full refund for the trike. I appreciate that finally decided to actually listen, once my experience was viewed. If only I was allowed to return the damaged item the first night I received the trike with missing and damaged parts, I would not have come to this opinion about their company.
Original review:
The return policy is a trap. I ran into a quality issue with part day one and not only did I get lied to by customer service, I got the run around. After 3 days of not getting proper assistance with my issue, I requested to return the item, well with in the “Hassle Free” return period, and received several hassles. I received a damaged part day1, yet I was told if I return the trike, the refund would be minus a 25% restock fee and be charged for buying the bike while it was on promotion. I sent pictures and video of the damaged frame which they decided to overlook. If I advised the bike is damaged, why restock it? Is that why I received a damaged item because your company is making money off damaged products? Unfortunately, I made the decision to work around that issue and try to complete the trike and ran into another issue with the chain. The instructions I received were for another version of the trike and the links were again damaged. I contacted customer service for a replacement chain and on offered videos, that I told them I watched them all on YT before calling. I was told they would pay for the replacement cost, only after I paid for it. I bought the chain Amazon and I’m still waiting for payment. Buying this trike has been an absolutely horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company or product to anyone I considered a mortal enemy. Terrible product. Horrible customer service. False advertisement.
