Voi is genuinely a good service in London - I'm incentivised to write this because of how bad Forest bike is. The difference in quality is monumental.

This is a HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE company!! A bike of theirs (HQKF) was abandoned on the pavement for 2 WEEKS! It was dangerously parked affecting people with diminished eyesight and those with mobility issues. The bike was reported to VOI TWICE and they still have NOT removed it. Westminster Council would have removed the bike by now and FINED VOI. Unfortunately EALING COUNCIL is too inefficient to do that.

I tried to purchase a Voi Pass, the system denied my payment, there is no block or restrictions from my number of banks that I bank with and I was told that my account has been permanently suspended due to fraudulent activity when I was clearly using my OWN cards. I have tried to log a complaint but there is literally no one there to help. I want this decision over turned, you made me feel like I committed an offence when I was genuinely trying to purchase a Voi Pass which is what I have been doing since joining. Absolutely terrible!

A bike has been left since 6th Sept, blocking a pavement & entrance to a building, been reported 3 times & NO action has been taken. It is still there & fallen over, a hazard to people. Awful company customer service is next to nothing, fob you off. Been reported to the local council & now the Police.

This seems like such a brilliant idea but - in Edinburgh at least - is so poorly executed. The bikes are about 50% damaged or with poor electrics, the parking spaces say they’re available on the app and then won’t let you park when you arrive, bikes are pointlessly reserved and unavailable and twice the app hasn’t let me terminate the ride and the reason is really unclear. There is no customer service at all. A real shame. Hopefully a better company will take the idea and improve it.

J'ai eu un problèmes avec 2 trajets, donc j'ai demandé à être remboursé. Le service client m'a laissé 1h sur le chat en espérant que je quitte la conversation pour ne pas me rembourser.
C'est déplorable. Je ne recommande pas.

J'ai oublié mon sac ds le panier, le service client ne pas aidé à retrouvé ou me dire où était mon vélo , mon sac avec tous mes papiers !
Je ne vous conseil pas Voi , Horrible plus jamais, je vais annuler mon Abonnement !!!!!

Avoid at all costs! I received a message saying there was technical issue from VOI end so I couldnt end the ride and when I emailed and called them they were extremely rude. They still charged me for the ride despite the fact that I wasnt able to end the ride.

I was charged unfairly due to a parking issue caused by the app/system, yet when I raised my concerns, the response I received was cold and dismissive. What frustrated me most was being told that my refund was a "courtesy." It was not a courtesy. The refund was money that should never have been charged in the first place.

There were other bikes, including Voi bikes, parked in the same location, so it made no sense that I was not allowed to end my ride there and was instead required to cycle several more minutes to another parking spot. This resulted in additional charges being applied to my account.

To be clear, I am not disputing the cost of my original 26-minute ride. I accept that my ride time had expired. My complaint is about the extra charge taken from my card because of the parking issue, which I believe was completely unfair.

The poor customer service and lack of accountability have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I will not be using this company again.

Disgusting thieving company. Charged me £25 for illegally parking my bike. On 2 occasions I ended my rides in a designated parking ebike bay. Wouldn't allow me to end my ride saying I was in a no parking zone when I wasn't. Had to walk away on the end as I was late for work. Contacted support which was a waste of time as unhelpful. I've deleted my account & I'm warning people to avoid these crooks!

Great when it works!!

Previously had an old phone, wondered whether that was partly why I had Voi problems. Nice new phone, first Voi tide all good fun till tried parking it!! No luck, 2nd location almost empty but no luck, app won’t let me end ride, and chatbot threatens me with £25 charge. They need to fix that

12,8 kr for 400m det burde være ulovligt, jeg giver kun 1 stjerne fordi 0 stjerne ikke er en mulighed. De skal boycuttes, de sender millioner til Israel og snyder folk der prøver at komme hjem.

Les vélos sont vraiment bien, j’en ai pris un à saint genis Laval mais je voulais me rendre à Brignais c’était impossible. De plus pour se garer et le stationnement, c’est vraiment soulant. Mais dans l’ensemble je recommande.

⚠️ Pas på med Voi – uventet betaling

Jeg vil gerne advare andre Voi-brugere om min oplevelse.

Jeg købte tid for 29 kr. i Voi-appen og havde derefter penge/credit stående på min Voi-konto. Jeg havde ikke købt eller godkendt en ekstra tur eller betaling.

Alligevel oplevede jeg, at Voi efterfølgende trak 59 kr. fra mit kort via Apple Pay, uden at jeg havde godkendt denne betaling.

Jeg har sendt Voi både fakturaen og billeder/screenshots fra appen, men deres kundeservice svarer, at de ikke kan finde betalingen på den konto, jeg kontakter dem fra.

Det er meget frustrerende, når man kan dokumentere betalingen, men stadig ikke får en ordentlig forklaring på, hvorfor pengene er blevet trukket.

Mit råd til andre: Hold godt øje med jeres kortbetalinger, hvis I bruger Voi, og tjek jeres bank/Apple Pay for eventuelle betalinger, I ikke selv har godkendt.

Jeg synes, Voi bør være langt mere tydelige omkring, hvornår og hvorfor de trækker penge fra kundernes kort.

Used one of these bikes, it let me ride to camden, london but doesnt cover the area so i was unable to end ride so i had to cycle to a unfamilar area that was further away from my starting position. On top of that, it refused to let me park even when there was space so a total waste of time and left me stranded in an unsafe unfamilar area in the night.

Customer service was useless and wasted my money - never again

Avant les 400min était valable 3mois , ils l’ont changer pour 30jours seulement sans prévenir , on remarque pas du coup au bout de 30joirs j’ai perdu tout mes minutes de une d’habitude j’utiliser pour mes trajet de 3mois ! Beaucoup trop cher du coup , je repasse direct a lime que eux restent toujours 400min pour 3mois ../
