Great way to lose customers
Rolex bought had water marks all over case. Card looked faux and bezel fell off. Was initially told would refund or replace. Returned and was told would only repair and give an extra warranty. Scammers. Would never recommend.

For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. If you purchase in store, we can offer you an exchange or credit note if your return a watch within 14 days. After the 14 days, your watch is still covered by our 24-month warranty, in conjunction with any remaining manufacturer's warranty it may also have.
A member of the Aftercare team contacted you directly to arrange for a free, fully insured home collection pack to be sent to you so that we could get your watch back to our service centre for inspection and diagnosis. They will continue to support you with resolving this issue.

Found the watch I wanted at a great price
I found the watch I wanted at a great price. I appreciate the accurate descriptions and the detailed and close-up photographs. Had never purchased a watch from a reseller before, and so it was uncomfortable at first, but they delivered the watch in the condition expected, on time, well packaged and undamaged. Saved about half of the expense of purchasing a new model.

Recently purchased an Omega Seamaster from Watchfinder. Initial purchase made at the boutique in NYC and a second online - the experience in-store and online were great. Great experience working with Josmar Harville and the team for the online order. Very professional, attentive and knowledgeable of the various brands and explaining the overall purchase process. Damaged when returned
Was given a quote and so sent the watch to Watchfinder. A week later they decide they don`t want to purchase and send the Longines watch back with a barcode attached to the side of the box. Removing the barcode label as taken part of the box of with it so now it looks terrible. Thank you for your incompetence

BUYERS BEWARE!!!I purchased a watch…
BUYERS BEWARE!!!I purchased a watch from them a month ago and ended up receiving a Chinese knockoff. I contacted watchfinder and sent the watch (I received) back to them. They claimed they watched CCTV of their employees placing the correct watch into the box. They then informed me that they were contacting the shipping company to check on the theft. The problem with their “investigation” is that they contacted FedEx when the shipping company was actually DHL. They asked for home surveillance footage but that wouldn’t matter since I had to sign for the package to get delievered. It’s now been a month of back and forth with them denying my refund and still trying to charge my card. I had to open a fraud claim with my card company just to fight this. The company has stopped returning my phone calls at this point.
