Great watch, great experience
I found the staff to be accommodating and the communication very good in the SoHo shop in NYC. I did visit the store directly. The watch is perfect and as described. Kiana was particularly helpful. Would do business again with these folks.

i provided pictures of a Tag Heuer…
i provided pictures of a Tag Heuer watch to sell to Watchfinder. Before I sent the watch, the battery was replaced and the watch was in excellent working condition. They offered me a fair amount for the watch and I accepted. A week later, they indicated the watch had been inspected and they were returning it because significant repairs were needed. I asked for specifics and they would not provide any repair details. After a week, I have still not received the watch. I will never do business with them again.

You really can't beat this company.
They have been great to me in making the return process easy, and buying from them every time they promptly ship the same business day, with included overnight shipping, plus they give 2 years warranty and are very meticulous where other people aren't their process. I have bought from other big websites online that provided poor service, but Watchfinder never let me down!

Using Watchfinder.com to purchase my wife’s pre-owned Rolex was a great decision. From start to finish, the process was easy, fast, and exceeded my expectations. When the watch arrived, it actually looked even better in person than it did in the online photos which, by the way, were very detailed and accurate.
The watch was shipped overnight air and arrived incredibly fast literally the next day. My sales associate, Daylan Hoekstra, was excellent throughout the entire process. He was very communicative and responded quickly, even after we exchanged emails back and forth probably a dozen times.
I’ve already recommended Watchfinder.com to friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daylan as well.

I absolutely love Watchfinder! They are tremendously helpful and go above and beyond to be sure everything works out the best it can for you.
I have purchased 2 Rolex watches (3, if you count an exchange) and a Tudor this year all in two tone steel and gold, and I have to say Jillian Kawasaki is amazing, helpful and sees everything is above and beyond my expectations at every turn!
She is amazing! I will continue buying with her help in the future when there are pieces I really want.
It's funny w/Rolex because everyone just complains about the AD wait-list.. I actually managed a jewelry store 35 years ago. Today, they have the only 2 AD stores in my home state and I grew up with the owner, but yet I trust Watchfinder even when I can actually make "the call" if I choose rather than just waiting for it like most. My pieces, my choice!
Anyway, they are legit, they are fair, their watches are authentic and it's your choice.
Jillian is still the best, but hey, you do you, I'm sure others are fantastic too.
You don't need it, but just know, you can have it if you really want. You only live once so you may as well enjoy as it really will change you. I wore one for 18 years then, then didn't for 15 years.
A Rolex or whatever grail watches you choose don't reflect on you, they change who you are internally which in turn becomes an external confidence and leadership aura you can't even notice, it just is... It's there though when it's part of you it shows in you not on you.
I initially purchased my first Rolex 35 years ago as a symbol to remind me that time was the most valuable finite thing you will always want more of in the end but cannot have.
Make the most of it. That's my belief.
Yours may be a watch from Vacheron, Patek or AP, but they symbolize to me the value of time.
Sorry for rambling, if you read it all you know and Jillian with Watchfinder is my favorite.
My motto in business is normally trust but verify... I have trusted, verified and I'm completely satisfied.
