update regarding the order
An update regarding the order: I received it today, and the following occurred:
1- Unfortunately, I received an official email asking me to delete my review in exchange for £10 🤷🏻♂️
2- I was charged £30 for the order, even though it is stated that international orders of £150 or more are free of charges.
3- It was not delivered to my home; I had to go pick it up from the center.

Poor Quality and Sizing
Really disappointing experience.
I initially ordered a large, which was absurdly big. I then contacted customer service for sizing advice, as the sizing seemed very inaccurate. The large appeared to have a chest measurement of nearly 52 inches, which wasn’t reflected on the website. I explained my measurements (6’2”, 44–45 inch chest, normally a large) and was advised to go for a medium.
Despite their advice, I decided to exchange it for a small, which I paid for. After waiting a long time for the original to be returned and the replacement to arrive, the small is still very baggy on me. For someone who normally wears a large, the fact that even a small is oversized suggests there is a significant issue with the sizing.
Unfortunately, the replacement jumper also has faulty threading which is very prominent across the chest. So after already going through the hassle and expense of an exchange, I’m now left with a jumper that doesn’t fit properly and has a noticeable quality defect.
Customer service did offer me 15% off, which I appreciate, but given the overall experience, I’m not inclined to go through another exchange and pay the associated costs and wait all over again.
Really disappointing, particularly given the price of the jumper. The sizing information and quality control both need significant improvement.

Love the The Freddy candy check shirt . Ordered a M I'm 41in chest the shirt is boxy and over sized just enough. Looks great on & love the pockets. The quality is very good. Excellent service from the guys and delivery was with in 48rs. Will be buying more.

Support is not giving a refund nor a timeframe indication
Bound confirmed receiving my return on 27 August, but as of 22 September I still have no refund or clear timeframe.
The replies have been polite, but the lack of progress has been frustrating. I’ve enjoyed shopping with Bound and hope this can be resolved soon but I'll have to think twice before ordering here again.

Still haven't received my order after 3+ months
It sucks because I like the clothing but the customer service is awful. I originally made an order back in May, a few items didn't fit so I returned them for store credit. I then made a new order in June using the store credit and still haven't received the order despite MULTIPLE back and forth emails with the customer service guy. At a certain point he just stopped responding to my emails. Don't buy anything from these people, they clearly don't care about their customers
