Promised refund, outright refused and offered store credit(which is against consumer law) would avoid these SCAM artists at all costs. Reported to trading standards as a direct result.

Cheap quality clothing marked up to much more than its worth. I fit most every brand in one size or another but with bound trousers every size felt wrong either in terms of length or waistband size despite ordering my usual measurements. When I explained this and asked for a refund, they wouldn't accept it despite being well within their stated refund policy! Not a scam per say but like the next lowest rung on the ladder. Very disappointed and would shop literally anywhere else

Bought clothes from these guys a few times. As a slimmer guy it can be really difficult to find things that fit well, in particular oversized / boxy items as they seem to drown me usually. Bound is the only brand I’ve seen that get the proportions right.

I’ve ordered knitwear, shirts, and shorts and all of these have been absolutely perfect and fitted right away without needing any alterations.

The quality as well, is absolutely excellent. Will be ordering from them again. Highly recommend

Au vu de la qualité du service je ne peux que vous conseiller de vous tourner vers d’autres marques.

Just received my Freddy Long shirt, and I love it! The fabric quality is top notch, cut and style are the dog’s bollocks👍First class customer service, too (prompt reply, and customer satisfaction an obvious priority).

Blaming no time for a response to emails is lame. It takes a few minutes.
Being passive aggressive will turn your customers off.
Before you waste the precious few minutes you give the impression you don’t have to respond to this review I really wouldn’t bother. Because we can all guess what it will say.

I was happy to take an exchange. And. Purchase a few more items.
No.
Not now.

So. As I told you.
Just get on with cancelling the order. And refunding. IN FULL

Premium quality clothes at a price that wont break your wallet. Great way to stand out with designs and colours other brands are too scared to do

Although the item I ordered was too short, the returns process wasn’t complicated.

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of delivery, the trousers ordered although too short were of excellent quality.

Great clothes at a good price compared to competitors. Customer service are also very good and were exceptionally after I made a mistake and in transacting returns promptly.

Good customer service aside from nice clothing

Great pair of oversized shorts! They look fantastic on. I bought a size L and probably could have gone for a M, but I think that’s the whole point of oversized clothing!

I had a small issue with delivery through DPD, but this was totally out of the company’s control. Jack in customer service was brilliant and sorted the problem straight away, and I had my shorts the following day.

Excellent customer service, great quality, and a really positive experience overall. I’m looking forward to buying some more pieces for my winter wardrobe! Highly recommended.

Customer service just how it should be. Quick response time, efficient service, and Jack was polite and obliging. Unfortunately the jumper didn’t suit my husband but we will certainly be back to shop some more for all of the above reasons. No chats only or awkward returns with this company. A*.
