Been a long time shopper at Bound since their early days and the quality, customer service, pricing and delivery has always been top notch. Really glad to see them thriving and expanding into some super nice new collections, and the guys who run it always go the extra mile to help with orders and any issues. Couldn't recommend them enough, absolutely love 'em.

First order from Bound. The Boxy Oversized T is excellent quality, exactly what I was hoping for. Had initial delay with the delivery due to the Post Office, but Bound's customer service was spot on throughout and kept me updated, despite it not being their fault.

I also had to return an item that wasn't quite the right size, and the whole process was really straightforward and hassle-free. Great quality, great service, and I'll definitely be ordering again.

So much to like on the Bound website. I finally ordered a few items, delivery was really quick and well packaged. I had a mix of sizes so wanted to return some items but encountered a problem with the returns portal - got in touch and Jack from Bound got back in touch the following day, a couple more emails and all sorted, great service. And great quality clothes, great style and will be calling in to the shop to have a good look.

Emailed regarding an exchange and there was a fast response and enquiry was dealt with quickly! Couldn’t recommend any more for going that extra mile due to a trip that I have coming up

I returned some shorts because of the fit. The return price was not included and a lot of through them. It has been over two weeks now since they got the return and still no refund.

The company emailed me after this offering money for me to take down my review.

Had an impromptu request due to an item going into sale after purchase. Happy to state that the request was honoured, and communication was great too - response in around 2 hours or so! Also love the items I’ve bought. Great retailer

I've always had a great experience shopping with Bound. The clothes are great quality, delivery is always quick, and I've never had any issues.

The customer service is what really stands out though. I accidentally ordered one my partner’s birthday presents in an XS instead of an XL and only realised two days before his birthday when I was wrapping it. I put in a return request and messaged Jack to see if there was any way the exchange could be sped up, although I wasn't expecting much because it was such short notice and my own fault.

Jack was so helpful and got the replacement sent out straight away. It ended up arriving just one day after my fiancé's birthday, which was way better than I expected and really took the stress out of the situation.

This isn't my first order from Bound and it definitely won't be my last. Great products, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

UPDATE 27/07/2026 — RESOLVED, eventually. After I threatened small claims court, Bound finally refunded the original payment method. No customer should have to send 30+ emails over four weeks to get their money back for goods they returned.

UPDATE: They located the jumper they claimed wasn't in my return and agreed to refund me — then issued another gift card instead of refunding the original payment method.

UPDATE: 25 days and 30 emails in, still no refund to my original payment method. I was also offered a refund on the condition that I delete this review — effectively holding my money to ransom. If that's how they operate, I'd question how representative their Trustpilot rating really is.

UPDATE: 20 days in, still nothing. The only explanation offered is that they need to locate a jumper missing from a parcel they received five days ago.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My first — and last — experience with Bound. I placed two orders: I returned the first in full and requested a cash refund; from the second I returned one item and reordered a jumper in a different size.

Despite explicitly declining a gift card when their team contacted me, Bound issued one anyway, covering half of my first order, and refunded only a single item from the other. It appears someone confused the jumper I reordered with the one I returned and processed everything incorrectly.

I've now spent over ten working days chasing them to correct their own mistake, with no resolution. Returns are a basic part of online retail. If a company can't process them correctly — and pushes gift cards on customers who've explicitly declined them — that's a serious problem.
