Excellent Independent Brand
I have purchased quite a few items over the years and everything is amazing quality. I have also just purchased a T-shirt for an exclusive gig I can’t attend. Jake provided the best customer service, so friendly fast and efficient. So lovely to have a brand with exceptional products and customer service. I also love it’s an independent brand.

Quite a scam, be careful
Order two articles and when creating a return, only the option "store credit" was available, no refund possible.
This is against EU consumers laws. I contacted the support and the owner told me it was a bug from the system, and advised I return for store credits and he will manually refund me afterwards.
I did and shipped back my articles, and went I asked for my refund, the owner told me "you sent the articles too late", which is indeed the case as I was waiting for his answer.

There was a temporary technical glitch with our returns portal that failed to recognise the return eligibility dates correctly, which meant the refund option was not displayed and only store credit was offered. We sincerely apologise for this error.
As soon as the issue was identified, we manually processed your refund. This was a genuine system issue rather than an attempt to prevent refunds and we have since taken steps to ensure it does not happen again.

Love the oversized t shirts they have. It’s 100% organic cotton and the colors and cut are amazing. I have broad shoulders and they fit perfectly on me in my normal size. Really refreshing brand compared to what’s available in the market, and they’ve grown so much over the years

Nice looking navy linen shorts ripped at the back under normal use on their second wear. Bound told me 'that's normal wear and tear'. I expected more than 2 wears out of my new, quality £50 shorts but I was wrong.

Bound are absolutely smashing it. I've bought up a few pieces from them now and each time I'm left more and more satisfied. Great customer service and a super lovely team matched with high quality pieces (even the packaging is of a premium level). I really like their clothes
I really like their clothes. They fit well and last a number of washes. Unfortunately their sizing isn’t that consistent. While some items fit me perfectly, the same size in a different style feels like it’s two or three sizes different.
This wouldn’t be that much of an issue if their online returns portal only allows store credit rather than money back to the original payment method. That requires an additional email, which is a bit annoying, considering the law says that online retailers must offer a refund for returned goods, even sale items.

Ordered a couple of items from Bound. I didn’t end up keeping them, as didn’t feel they suited me once I tried them on. The quality and make of the garments was great and felt premium. Customer service was excellent, easy to return the items. Will definitely look to order again
