The blower was received
The blower was received in good time, boxed well. No instructions included. You must use a bar code. Not quite adequate as the blower fan attached and unattached ridiculously hard. The battery doesn’t seem to turn green when charged all the way. It advertises it is quiet. It’s so loud my ears are still ringing and hurting an hour after using it. I will use ear plugs or sound barrier head set the next time. Horrible piercing noise. Could use an extension on blower so it directs air , you have to hold the button down the whole time using it and there is no latch to not have to do this. If you have arthritis or any issue with thumbs it’s going to be hard. I did blow out my garage floor and driveway, it moved what needed to be moved but the noise factor is horrible. I did not know there were two settings. No “How To” told me this that I saw and once again I say it’s very hard to remove the battery from the tool. Yes it’s better than dragging around a chord from a leaf blower, I think it is louder than my 50 year old leaf blower. Ears still ringing.

Hi Gail,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your blower. We’re glad to hear that it arrived promptly and was able to clear your garage and driveway, though we’re sorry that several aspects of the product did not meet your expectations.
We especially appreciate your comments regarding the lack of printed instructions, difficulty attaching and removing components, battery charging indicator, controls, and overall noise level. We understand how these factors can affect ease of use, particularly for customers who may have limited hand strength or arthritis.
Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where both the product and instructions could be improved. If you need assistance with the settings, battery, or operation of your blower, please contact our Customer Support team at support@woodrangertools.com or 1-888-413-5241. We’ll be happy to help.
Thank you again for sharing your experience with us, Gail.

I really love this weed eater. It is lightweight, quick battery charge time, and is a great buy. Since I am 71, I had to have a little help putting it together, but what better way to spend time with friends? I would definitely recommend it. Very easy to use!!!

I ordered 2
I ordered 2, as the second one is discounted and you only pay for shipping once. The blower needs a nozzle to extend what you are blowing. If that was the only thing I didn't like about it I would be fine. The battery only lasts about 20 minutes at most. I called them and it is designed to only last 20 minutes. PASS THIS ONE BY. With two I can only use it for 40 minutes a day and then wait hours for them to charge. WASTE OF MONEY!

Hi Ira,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the leaf blower did not meet your expectations, particularly when it came to the battery runtime and the need for a longer nozzle.
We understand that having approximately 20 minutes of use per battery may not be enough for the amount of yard work you need to complete, especially when factoring in the time required to recharge. We appreciate your candid feedback, as comments like yours help us better understand what matters most to our customers and where improvements could be made.
Thank you again for sharing your experience with us, Ira.

Horribly inadequate assembly…
Horribly inadequate assembly instructions included with the tool. I complained and they sent me a video with instructions. The video ran at hyper speed - the whole assembly at that speed was 19 seconds and the video they sent was presumably for a prior model as the video did not include all the parts. They will not pay shipping for a return.

Hi GRB,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the assembly instructions provided with your tool were not clear enough and that the instructional video we sent did not provide the help you needed.
We understand how important it is for assembly instructions to be clear, complete, and specific to the product received. A video that moves too quickly or does not show all the included parts can certainly make assembly more difficult.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the instructions, assembly video, and return shipping process. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Support team at support@woodrangertools.com or call us at 1-888-413-5241. We’ll be happy to assist further.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, GRB.

Ordering was easy enough
Ordering was easy enough, but the. The delivery date was adjusted out a couple times, by the time it was delivered.
The final delivery date turned out to be wrong. The system said one day but it was delivered the day before.
Not an issue e cent I wanted to be home to prevent porch theft.
The product performed as good as expected.
Battery life was a bit low and I do not like that the battery is very prodect specific
The plastic blades are crap. They do not last at all.
The metal.blade.was.better but also did not last. Blade material should be hardened metal.

NO instructions in or on box.
The cordless leaf blower came with NO instructions just a QR code on box which came up “page cannot be found”. The battery and blower are made with lightweight plastic that would probably crack if dropped. This blower is designed for people who like cheaply made tools.
