We got it
We got it, but the box was a bit flimsy and one of the nuts fell out and fell on the floor while opening it. It was an essential NUT to hold the blade in place. But, we got it put together and works as needed to weed eat.

It is an easier to hold blower for me. The battery takes a long time to charge and it’s really hard to remove it. I have to ask my husband to do that.

I WISH I had read reviews!
I WISH I had read reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered the leaf blower. It was completely disappointing-felt flimsy & made a high pitched loud sound that made it unusable. The customer service people were nice enough but I ended up paying shipping twice and the refund process was lengthy. I had to call several times. Do not recommend buying from WOODRANGER.

Hi Julie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the leaf blower did not meet your expectations, particularly with the build, noise level, and overall performance.
While we’re glad our customer service team was courteous, we understand that having to follow up several times and experiencing a lengthy refund process made the return more difficult than it should have been. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping costs, as this helps us identify areas where we can improve the overall customer experience.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback, Julie. We’ll make sure your comments are passed along to our team for review.

Power Blower
I like the compact size and quick and easy attachment of the battery. The battery is a little difficult to remove. I was not very impressed with the power. I was hoping it would be more powerful since seeing it advertised as this powerful product. It is very convenient to use.

Everything overgrown! Lots of rain!!
I have grape vines and overgrown rose bushes and a beautiful wisteria that has gotten out of hand and this went through the vines and the very strong stems like butter. I’m 71 and this was very easy to use.

This hand held blower has changed my life
This hand held blower has changed my life! My husband may put a limit on my use though.😉 I destroys spider webs, it blows all the trash out of my garage. Haven’t tried it yet, but bet I could use it as a hair dryer😁! Safety announcement: I didn’t say try it!! Purchased the smaller battery too. Would recommend it. I use it for smaller jobs and the bigger battery that comes with it for kinds like blowing grass off driveway, ours is very long.

Not a good experience… I agree with the…
Not a good experience… I agree with the many who complain about battery issues and it does not last long and takes forever to recharge.
I also struggled with customer service. I received a tracking message that indicated it had been delivered. This was on a Sunday and I knew the condo building was locked on Sunday (office was closed) and only residents could enter so it could not have been delivered. I had my son-in-law who lives nearby check early on Monday. He reported back the package was still not there. I had contacted Woodranger and their response was “it WAS delivered” and shared a photo of a box in a bin. No label was visible, just a box.
I went to the condo on Tuesday and spoke with the building manager and she was glad to tell me she had received my phone message on Sunday about the missing package… it was not there and happy to announce it had “just arrived” on Tuesday.
Lots of confusion, frustration and as a customer felt challenged and dismissed by this customer service.
Won’t be shopping there again or recommending their products or service.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We’re sorry to hear that both the product and the service you received fell short of your expectations.
We understand your concerns regarding the battery performance and lengthy recharge time, as well as the confusion surrounding your delivery. Being told that your package had been delivered when it had not yet arrived understandably made the situation more difficult, and we’re sorry that our communication left you feeling challenged and dismissed rather than supported.
Your feedback regarding both the product and how your delivery concern was handled is important to us, and we’ll be sharing your comments with our team as we continue working to improve.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, Char.

It WORKS!!! Not a piece of junk. Well built, works as stated. Nice that you can run it on a lower speed of needed! Because it's so small it's nice that my husband doesn't have to lug the huge leaf blower around! Bought one for my son too!

I love your brand it's much more powerful than another brand I purchased and returned. It's perfect size for this old lady. Powerful to keep my garage clean. No dust or leaves build up. I recommend this little blower for all their projects. It's better than a blower you have to plug in and light weight. So glad I purchased it. You will be also.
