Do not hesitate purchasing this mini chainsaw
I am extremely satisfied with my mini power chainsaw. I was unsure of its ability to perform as well as it has proven. It is easy to use, easy to carry around and easy to clean.
I am also so happily satisfied with the customer service that the Woodranger Tool team provide. They provide excellent attention to customers concerns. My mini power chainsaws tool bar split at the end causing the chain to stop working. I emailed the support team and within minutes they replied and rectified my mini with a replacement that is being shipped out to me as I am speaking.
I love my mini and I recommend that every household should have a mini power chainsaw. Ordering, product and customer service 10.

Charging battery for first time is kinda slow. It's quite portable and fairly good at clearing tee pads on the disc golf course. Far easier than carrying a broom or using a rag.

Hand held power blower
I hesitated to buy this tool and when my husband saw it, he thought I was crazy. He loves his power blower. But when I saw him using it - I knew I had a great tool. This hand held blower really works and, it’s so compact , I can easily use it to clean off my deck when he isn’t around. Not only does Wood Ranger make a good blower but their customer service was the best! I had a small issue and their response was immediate and rectified the problem quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Hazel - Great Customer Service
Unfortunately, I had to return the grass trimmer i purchased. When I opened the box, I could tell that it was just going to be too lightweight for my 2 acre property. I had to return the item.
Hazel at Wood Ranger works with me on returning the item. She was awesome to work with! She was very professional, polite and efficient! She made the process extremely easy. 5 Stars for Hazel!!!

Excellent choice
Light weight: we have osteoarthritis and at times the full size leaf blowers are difficult to use
Holds charge : it arrived fully charged and we've not recharged yet
So convenient: it seems every leaf and flower in the county ends up on our porch and drive. I keep on a side table in the front foyer for now.
Price: competitive pricing.
. A second one would be nice but, you know, 🤷♀️retired lol

Works okay but I wish you could just adjust the wheels out of the way instead of having to remove them. Also I wish you could purchase the metal blades at home depot or lowes. I think they are too expensive through woodranger.

Convient but noisy
The blower is lightweight and convenient to use for most applications. Larger cordless leaf blowers are more productive and quieter. The high srill of the blower bothers me to use on quiet weekends.

Works for most of my needs
The ease of shopping and the delivery time frame was great. The box arrived in good time, the inside of the box had no real instructions, and the items were all loose in the box no packaging except for the blades and a tool. At first I thought it was used. I watched a You Tube Video on setting it up by another customer who opened his box and all the parts were loose as well. The wheels leave enough gap that the grass clogs it up easily. It is light weight and I like not having to deal with weed eater string, it has blades. It feels a little flimsy, it is working for some of my needa.
