Disappointed in the battery life. It needs to be twice as long(needs to last about 30 minutes). Also a small extension would be nice. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.
This product is good quality for the most part. The plastic blades are worthless and break within the first few minutes of mowing. The instructions were a little vague, especially about putting the wh... Toon meer

"BLOWN AWAY" by this little blower is light weight and…
This little blower is light weight and easy to use. I was surprised that it actually works as well as described in the ad. I could never use the bulky, heavy leaf blower that my husband used. We both needed something lighter. We were both shocked that this WOODRANGER blower was so light weight and makes the clean-up around our yard so easy!

An excellent and fun blower
I ordered a blower and it was delivered but nobody here told me. I went through the procedures with UPS to find it and also Wood Ranger. The support department was so helpful and caring and reassured me. Later my daughter said that she had picked up the parcel. I called UPS and Wood Ranger and was grateful for their efforts. The Blower is excellent and fun to use

We like how portable and lightweight that it is. Would really like to have an extension to put on it for blowing off the yard. Difficult for older folks to bend down to direct it to where you want the most blower power.

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad you’re enjoying how lightweight and portable the Wood Ranger blower is.
We completely understand your point about having an extension, especially when using it around the yard. Having to bend down to direct the airflow can make the job less comfortable, particularly for older users. An extension that brings the airflow closer to the ground is a helpful suggestion, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our product team.
Thank you again for choosing Wood Ranger, Sharon. We appreciate you letting us know how we could make the blower more comfortable and convenient to use.
Warm regards,
Wood Ranger

The leaf blower is great!
The leaf blower is great!! Quite enough power for what I need. I just have one suggestion. It could use a bit of an extension on the blower to help direct the flow.
Thank you

Power Shears are invaluable
I had misplaced the charger for the Power Shears which is an invaluable piece of equipment, I absolutely wouldn’t know what to do without it. Their customer service quickly offered not only their help and sent me pictures of what the charger looked like, but offered to send me a replacement.
