The unit itself is not bad, not like it's hyped up to be, it did the job. My complaint is that the plastic blades suck, it broke trimming around my kids basketball pedestal. The lightweight steel edge... Toon meer
Powerful, lightweight, and easy to handle. Does a fantastic job on dry leaves/small debris. Cleaned our deck, which circles our house, and bridge easily. Cleaned leaves off car and truck in a snap.... Toon meer
Disappointed in the battery life. It needs to be twice as long(needs to last about 30 minutes). Also a small extension would be nice. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product.

Powerful for such a small blower
Powerful for such a small blower. I like the feel, and how it works, but I suggest ear plugs while using because it does have a loud, high pitched whine when using.

Small and mighty
Small and mighty. I was skeptical because it does seem cheaply made but it packs a punch. Battery seems to last. I did purchase 2nd one so I wouldn’t run out.

Very weak blower and terrible customer service
Very weak blower. When I tried to return it, they told me that I would have to pay for shipping (which cost $25). Then, they made me do all the leg work for the return. I had to send them the tracking information, however they never refunded me when they received it back. They waited for me to email them months later asking for my refund, to finally refund me. Poor product. I’m not sure how it has this many good reviews and terrible customer service.

Hi Megan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the blower did not provide the performance you expected and that the return and refund process took much longer and required more follow-up than it should have.
We understand your concerns regarding the return shipping cost, having to provide the tracking information yourself, and especially needing to contact us again months later before your refund was processed. While we’re glad the refund was ultimately completed, we recognize that the process should have been smoother and more timely.
Your feedback regarding both the product and your customer service experience is important to us, and we’ll be sharing your comments with our team as we work to improve.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Megan.
Warm regards,

Impressive tool
Thus far, only used the hedge clippers and I am impressed. So much better than those made “ overseas” . Hope to try out grass clippers soon but like I said before, very impressive. Solid tool. 🇺🇸

Wood Ranger mini chainsaw
The device cuts most small limbs not all. I had difficulty with some small branches. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I'll keep trying. Since it is a new chainsaw the blades should be sharp enough.

Love love love it!
Im 67 and purchased the 4" mini chainsaw with extra chain and battery. Works great, better than expected. Makes short work of 2-4" diameter limbs. Love, love, love it! The light weight is perfect. Wish I could send pictures of all I completed with it already! The battery charged batteries initially, within the 2 hours. but 2nd time around the red light on the charger never turned green but when I checked it after 4 hours, the battery was charged and the saw was ready to go again. Customer service has been exceptional. Even on Saturday and Sunday, they have responded to my emails and assured me a replacement charger was on its way.

Excellent
So far, the electric hedge trimmer is everything as advertised. I tried it as soon as the battery was charged and was very happy with the weight and trimming results. I am a 5 foot 4 inch woman in my seventies, and I was able to trim several overgrown vines, some very leggy, end-of-season mint, and a small tree without getting tired. I didn't time the session, but it seemed long and the battery never died. There were a couple of situations where I wished the blade were longer, but I decided that the low weight of the tool was worth the shorter reach.
I haven't tried the short trimmer yet, but I will probably use it for my lower, easier to reach plants. I did practice switching the blades and that was easy and fast. I would recommend this tool to any home gardener who wants a lightweight and effective electric trimmer

The blower of the future Here Now
The hand held blower is light weight, making it easy to handle.
It provides the blowing power to clear my whole driveway on one charge. This was not possible with my old leaf blower. I live in the pine belt so my driveway gets covered in pine needles which are not that easy two clear until now. Easily clears my decks except when pine needles get caught in the cracks but it is only a few.
This product has for filled all aspects of their advertisement Very satisfied with product

It’s especially great to know that you can clear your entire driveway on a single charge, even with all those pine needles, and that it’s also making quick work of your decks. Hearing that the blower has lived up to its advertising and exceeded what your previous leaf blower could handle means a lot to us.

Works great for my needs.
I drive a school bus and do not have the greatest back strength for lots of sweeping. A regular blower is to unwieldy. I have used it 3 times in the week since I got it and it is a health saver. Love the size to power ratio. If it holds up, it is great for my needs. 4 star only because the trigger throttle is too touchy. A separate speed control would be nice.

The blower worked well after I got it working. It would be helpful for those of us who are not technologically proficient to have some directions in writing in the box. It was also difficult to put the plug in to the battery and the first time I tried I didn't get it in far enough.

The blower has great velocity, but.
The blower has great velocity, but the air seems to spread out so that it does not have the same reach or force my leaf blower has. It is great for close places and for quick jobs. What surprised me was the size of the spare battery I ordered. Its capacity seems quite a bit smaller than the battery that came with the unit. I still like the unit and will use it for quick jobs around the house.
