My salary also coming though this same ADCB bank only (Last 3 months )Once i have submitted required documents to dalma mall branch, again your team is asking updated salary certificate of this month.
What is this??

Very disappointing experience with ADCB.
I called your customer service using my registered number, and instead of getting proper assistance, the call dragged on and ended up consuming all my mobile balance — only for the line to be disconnected without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, I am being charged AED 15 per month even though this is my salary account, which should not have such fees. This is very frustrating and feels unfair.
Customers should not have to pay just to be left hanging without support. If you require verification via registered numbers, at least ensure efficient handling and proper service.
Really disappointed — this needs to be addressed.

As à excellency customer of the bank, I would believe I had a better treatment from the bank, however I had a relationship manager assigned that all the time was useless to reply my queries and to give me some clear information, what I could have done myself through a call center would have been the same. Moreover and more important, when I ask for transfer money from a fund to account they took it 14 days! While they keep saying would take 3/4 working days they keep block my money 2 week! Should compensate with interest but just disappeared and not even have the courage to respond to phone calls. I strongly persuade to invest in this bank or to put your money

The simplest of corporates are working properly, and we have been stuck with ADCB for 3 days as their APP is not functional.

If I were you, go to another bank. This one SUCKS. After months of investing through the Frontier Invest Corp firm, I transferred my earnings to ADCB account.
ADCB will not allow you to transfer your crypto. You must sell your stocks to gain access to it. STAY AWAY!!!

Extremely poor fraud handling and zero accountability
This review is to warn future customers from the bank’s extremely poor customer protection, urgency, and accountability.
My mother’s card was compromised and around AED 70,000 was fraudulently charged within just a few hours at multiple stores across the United States, while I was in the UAE.
No fraud alerts were triggered, and the bank did not stop or block the suspicious transactions, despite the unusual spending pattern.
I contacted the bank while the fraud was actively happening and explained the situation in real time. Even then, they failed to stop the pending charges (which had not yet been fully utilized). The only action taken was canceling my card, which does not give me back the thousands of money lost due to their lack of response and customer protection.
No fraud case was opened by the bank. I had to call again days later to request an investigation, and even then, the bank was reluctant to act and instead shifted the blame to Apple Pay, rather than taking responsibility for their lack of monitoring and response.
Please be wary of working with this bank.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had with one of your female staff members, as well as the ongoing delay in receiving my credit card.
During my interaction with the staff member, her attitude was not professional. She spoke in a harsh and disrespectful manner, with an unprofessional tone and behavior that made me uncomfortable. This is not the level of customer service I expect from ADCB.
Additionally, I have been waiting for my credit card since 31 December, and until now I have not received it. This delay has caused me inconvenience, and I have not been provided with a clear update on the status of my card.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated seriously and that appropriate action be taken. I also request an urgent update regarding the delivery status of my credit card.

Having banked with another bank for 25 years which are a global bank - opened new account with ADCB - RM assigned to the account. Contactable any time and responsive even when away - they have a local contact centre and communicate clearly and concisely. Mo and Lenish helped us navigate banking in the UAE being from another country, continuously went over and above the expectations. It can be challenging to set up the apps and also on desk top, but the gentleman made it a very painless process. So far have exceeded expectation.
