Smooth transaction, but air con unit is quite noisy
In terms of the overall service from Aircon Direct, that all went quite smoothly. A portable air conditioning unit was bought and delivered to my home on the day promised. Everything in order.
The product itself I have more mixed views on. It definitely cools the room down and fast. However, the sales description was that it was "quiet", which is not true. For instance, you can't hear the TV set when its running if you are in the same room. I use it to cool a room before I wish to use it, then switch it off when I go in there, to get around this problem.

Ordered a 1400 u it two weeks ago and…
Ordered a 1400 u it two weeks ago and was told to expect delivery mid August, however last week we were informed a unit was ready for dispatch to arrive Monday 13th July, As we are in the Channel islands we were not expecting that delivery date to be accurate
but the unit arrived Tuesday via Ferryspeed/Profreight.Service has therefore been excellent and good value for money Highly recommend Aircon Direct absolutely top notch service

Faulty Unit - No support
We received a faulty unit a few weeks ago. After attempts to resolve with customer service they’ve suggested that the angle of the outlet hose is too steep and we should change that in order to resolve the fact the unit is receiving no power.
Very clearly they are trying to avoid taking any accountability for shipping faulty product. We will be escalating the issue legally since they’re unwilling to take responsibility.
Do not use this company.

Website is slow to update ended up…
Website is slow to update ended up spending an extra £200 as they couldn’t for fill the order for 2 months but the site and checkout said it was in stock ended up costing me a day for the engineer to delivery was great driver was prompt respectful and helpful

Had to pay top dollar for an air…
Had to pay top dollar for an air conditioner no longer in production - but at least they had stock coming in. The unit was delivered on the day they said it would. To early to comment on the air con unit but so far it's fine.
