Alhadi Travel Reviews

Amina from Alhadi Travel was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted, suggested great options, and handled all the details. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the trip turned out even better than expected. Highly recommend!

Al Hadi Travel Agency’s service was nothing short of complete perfection. Their customer service and response time were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

We were assisted by Ehtesham, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We explained to him that we were having serious issues obtaining an Umrah visa for a Pakistani passport holder living in the UK. We had already tried applying ourselves through the official website, but it kept crashing and had too many faults and was also declined. With only 6 days remaining before our flight, we were extremely stressed and panicking as time was ticking fast.

From the moment Ehtesham and the team at Al Hadi Travel stepped in, they reassured us and handled everything smoothly. If anyone is facing the same issue with a Pakistani passport while living in the UK, Al Hadi Travel is 100% the place to go. They managed to get the visa approved within just 3 days of submitting the application, which was incredible given our tight timeline.

On top of that, they also arranged airport pickup and drop-off to our hotel in Medina, making the entire journey stress-free when we arrive, Communication was clear and fast at every stage, and we were guided step by step, which made a huge difference during such a stressful time.

Thanks to Ehtesham’s constant support and excellent response time, we no longer had to stress or panic. Everything they did for us was 100% worth it, and we are extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and efficiency shown throughout.

I 100% recommend Al Hadi Travel Agency, especially if you are dealing with Umrah visa issues on short notice. A huge thank you to Ehtesham and the entire Al Hadi Travel team for their outstanding service.

Ehtesham's customer service skills were second to none. He created a bespoke package to cater to all of my needs. I would definitely use him in future as well as recommend him to family and friends.

Ehtesham made our Umrah booking completely stress-free and very easy. He was professional, responsive, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. The hotels he arranged were excellent and in great locations, and all transfers were smooth and well organised. Highly recommend Ehtesham to anyone planning Umrah — outstanding service throughout.

Amazing experience to umrah with the help of Huzaifa at Alhadi Travel.

We had an issue in the beginning with the hotel been changed but Huzaifa sorted it out and we also got complementry breakfast.

Huzaifa stayed in contact through the whole trip which was nice and the transport company were really good and always on time and in contact.

I would recommend booking through Alhadi Travels.

What made the experience great?
The highlight of my journey was the incredible support from Sister Amina. From day one, she went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was seamless. Her attention to detail is unmatched she didn't just book a room; she ensured we were in the best possible location for our needs and double-checked every piece of documentation well in advance.
What truly set this experience apart was the responsiveness. In the travel industry, things can change quickly, but Sister Amina was always one step ahead. Whether it was a late-night query or a last-minute adjustment, her replies were near-instant and always professional, which removed all the typical stress associated with international travel.

What is this company doing well?
Alhadi Travel has mastered the art of "worry-free" pilgrimage through a few key strengths:
• Flawless Transportation: The ground transport was a highlight. The vehicles were modern, clean, and most importantly always on time. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable, making the transitions between cities and the Ziyarat tours smooth and comfortable.
• Proactive Communication: They don't wait for you to ask questions. They provide comprehensive briefings and updates, ensuring you know exactly what to expect at every stage of the journey.
• Meticulous Planning: It’s clear that Alhadi Travel prioritizes the "small things" that others might overlook. From the proximity of the hotels to the gates of the Masjid to the timing of the transfers, every detail is calculated to maximize your time for worship and reflection.
Final Verdict: If you want a journey where you are treated like family rather than just a client, ask for Sister Amina at Alhadi Travel. Their dedication to excellence is evident in everything they do.

Amina, who booked our Umrah package, supported us every step of the way. As it was my first Umrah, I was very anxious and unsure of what to expect, but Amina provided clear, honest advice and was both professional and understanding throughout. Communication was excellent during the trip, both with Amina and the transfer drivers. From the moment we arrived in Saudi Arabia until our return to the UK, Amina continued to check in on me and my family. I had an excellent and very positive experience with Alhadi Travel and will definitely book with them again. I highly recommend contacting Amina for your Umrah booking.

I had an excellent experience with this Umrah agency. Their communication was outstanding, always quick to respond and very helpful with every question I had. I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with Alhadi Travel for our Umrah travel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough—especially Hassan Usman, who advised us throughout the process.

We travelled as an extended family, including two young children, and one member of our group required a different itinerary. This naturally meant a lot of questions, changes, and tweaks along the way. Hassan handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism, never making us feel rushed or difficult.

What truly stood out was his availability—he was responsive at any time of day or night, which gave us great peace of mind, particularly when coordinating a complex trip. His enthusiasm to help was evident in every interaction; it felt like he genuinely cared about ensuring our pilgrimage was smooth, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling.

The pricing was also very competitive, especially considering the level of service, flexibility, and personal attention we received. Everything was well-organised, clear, and tailored to our family’s needs.

If you are looking for a reliable, caring, and highly responsive travel agent for Umrah or Hajj, I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency—and in particular, Hassan Usman. May Allah reward him and the team for their excellent service.
