I don't know where to start. When I first read the glowing reviews I thought maybe some were fake. Having booked with this agency now I can see that every single glowing review was from a genuine satisfied customer as we are now one of them. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for how well Yawar organised everything for our Umrah trip. Everything went so smoothly and we faced no hassle. The hotel recommendations, the transport company they arranged for us and general communication from Yawar during our trip was outstanding. He would check in on us himself to ensure everything was going smoothly (abit like a family member would do when you are abroad). I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to family and friends also.

Thanks to Bother Huzaifa, our family Umrah trip in Jan 2026 was fantastic Alhumdulillah. This was all mainly due to Brother Huzaifa organizing skills. He took care of every detail including the flights and excellent hotels, which were very close with clear views of the Haram and Prophet’s Mosque. My elderly father was traveling with us, and Brother Huzaifa made him his priority. He went the extra mile to ensure we were ok whilst in Saudi, contacting us daily to check if we needed anything.

I would definitely recommend Brother Huzaifa’s services. We kept Brother Huzaifa in our duaas due to his service. May Allah SWT bless him always.

Al Ebaa Hotel for 6 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both hospitable and friendly. While the hotel is a 10-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram and located on a bit of an incline, the overall experience was excellent.
In Madinah, our hotel was conveniently located less than 5 minutes away. Since we were travelling as a large family, the private transfers provided were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also included at both hotels. I highly recommend this company and would certainly book with them again in the future, In sha Allah

I came across a quote from Al Hadi Travel and got in touch with them regarding our trip. From the start, they offered one of the best value packages I found, covering all transfers, hotels, and breakfast.

At first, I found them a bit pushy about booking quickly, but I later realized this wasn’t a pressure tactic, it was genuinely to secure the best prices. When I delayed confirming for personal reasons, prices did go up, so I’d advise anyone booking with them: if your travel dates are fixed and you’re happy with the quote, book early and trust the process, they will follow through on what they promise.

When I paid the deposit, they contacted me a few hours later to request full payment. Initially, I was surprised since this hadn’t been mentioned during our earlier discussions, but given that it was a last-minute booking, I understood the need and everything went ahead smoothly afterward.

Our visa waivers arrived well in time, and all travel documentation was handled professionally with minimal prompting.

✈️ Transfers and Transportation

The transport service arranged by Al Hadi in Jeddah went mostly smoothly. There was a slight 40-minute delay for pickup, but the driver stayed in touch the whole time, reassuring us and letting us know exactly where to wait. Once he arrived, he was polite, friendly, and got us safely to the hotel.

Transfers between Makkah and Madinah were also well-organized. When we needed to change our pickup time, the team and drivers were understanding, responsive, and flexible. They also made sure to check how many passengers and how much luggage we had ahead of time, ensuring a comfortable vehicle was arranged. The airport transfer on our return was punctual and stress-free.

🕋 Hotel Review: Address Jabal Omar Hotel, Makkah

The Jabal Omar Hotel was truly luxurious and elegant — a genuine 5-star experience. The hotel had an upscale feel, excellent service, and everything was spotless.

It’s located on a slight hill, about an 8-minute walk to Masjid al-Haram, which is pleasant for many, but can be a bit of an effort for families with elderly relatives or young children. There’s also a 24-hour shuttle minibus that runs constantly between the hotel and the Haram entrance.. For families, it’s still a great choice, but be prepared for the 8 min walk or shuttle ride.

🌿 Hotel Review: Madinah – Aqeeq Hotel

In Madinah, we were initially booked at Royal Emaar, but after waiting to check in, we received a surprise upgrade from the hotel staff to Aqeeq Hotel right by Gate 329, one of the entrances to Masjid An-Nabawi.

The location was unbeatable, and the staff were absolutely incredible, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The services were excellent, and the hotel made our stay in Madinah truly special.

There’s also great access to local shops and markets - one of the Taiba Market entrances is literally next door, which made it easy to do any last-minute shopping before returning home.

Overall, Al Hadi Travel were professional, responsive, and reliable. Apart from a few minor communication gaps early on, they delivered exactly what was promised and made our trip smooth, organized, and memorable.

A special thank you to Sister Amina, who coordinated everything for us, she was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire process effortless from start to finish.

If you’re planning a trip and want a hassle-free, well-managed experience with good value for money, I would highly recommend Al Hadi Travel. Just make sure your dates are firm so you can take advantage of their best deals early on and secure them there and then.

Brother Ehtesham was a responsive and good communicator in regards to planning my package for Umrah. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I couldn't proceed with Umrah at all, but i have family members who have booked their Umrah with Al Hadi and they are flying out soon.
