I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for Armaghan(Al Hadi Travels), an exceptional travel consultant who treats you with the warmth and care of a trusted family member. From the initial planning stages to the end of the trip, he stayed closely connected—offering guidance, suggesting the best options, and coordinating seamlessly with intermediaries to ensure a smooth experience.
I recall reaching out with concerns about my overseas work‑visa constraints, budget, and the need to align my travel with my family’s arrival from India. Armaghan approached everything diligently, doing his homework and providing clear, thoughtful advice that made the entire process incredibly seamless.
He arranged well‑timed flights, inter‑city transfers, and hotel options near Haram Shareef, making it easy for us to offer prayers as planned and focus on the true purpose of the trip—without worrying about logistics that he handled so effortlessly. I deeply appreciate his dedication, time, and support, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking reliable and caring travel assistance.

Alhamdulillah we book Umrah with Alhadi travel. My brother Hassan Usman helped me with everything and explained everything to me and always very quick to replay and everything was done on time the hotels in makka and madinah they were brilliant and too close to the haram alhamdulillah. I very high recommend it.

Quick answering, kind and polite

I would like to leave a review for Brother Muhammad from Al Hadi Travel.

Muhammad has been extremely helpful and professional while providing quotations for various Umrah packages. He has always responded to my queries within a reasonable timeframe and has been clear, courteous, and knowledgeable in his communication.

What I particularly appreciated was his respectful and patient approach. Unlike some agencies that repeatedly send messages and constantly chase for a decision, Muhammad provided the information I requested without bombarding me with daily follow-ups. This made the process much more comfortable and allowed me the time to consider the options properly.

At this stage, I have not yet booked a package through Muhammad. However, I felt it was important to leave a review based on the excellent level of service he has provided so far. His professionalism, patience, and expertise are genuinely appreciated, and he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Al Haq Travels.

Armaghan was very patient and gave me a lot of time to make my decisions, also their pricing is very competitive with other companies and also allowed me to easily edit the package I wanted in order to get the best price. Excellent service

Overall the service was good. There are room for improvements.

Pick-up from Jeddah airport was not smooth. Al Ebba hotel was on a hill so made it difficult to walk to the Kaba otherwise the hotel facilities and cleanliness were good.

The stay in Madinah was very pleasant and made the the whole journey go smoothly.

Shahzhad Heider

A huge thank you to Armaghan Ur Rehman at Al Hadi Travel for arranging the most incredible Umrah trip of a lifetime for me.
This was not only my first Umrah, but also my first solo trip to the blessed land. Naturally, I was quite anxious about navigating everything on my own. However, Armaghan carefully arranged my trip with all the specific requirements I had requested in mind. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and truly looked after. I was extremely pleased with my 5★ package.

Throughout the entire journey — despite the time difference — Armaghan stayed in touch and ensured that all transfers and hotel check-ins in Madinah and Makkah went smoothly. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference.

I am incredibly grateful and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks. You truly made my dream come true. I will most certainly be booking my future Umrah trips with him again and will wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends and family 😊

Al Hadi Travel and Brother Armaghan were excellent in organising our Umrah trip. Everything went smoothly, from hotel check-ins to transportation. The hotels were very close to the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah. Brother Armaghan responded instantly to all our queries and was extremely helpful throughout.
