Alhadi Travel Reviews

This was my second time booking my Umrah with Alhadi Travels, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This time, Sister Amina looked after our package, and I can't thank her enough for her exceptional service.

I was travelling with young children, so I was naturally very anxious. Looking back, I know my stress sometimes made me come across as impatient, but Sister Amina remained calm, kind, and professional throughout. She reassured me at every step and handled all my concerns with great patience.

She also kindly arranged an upgrade to GMC vehicles at my request, which made the longer journeys so much more comfortable for my children. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference to our trip.

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, everything was well organised, and most importantly, everything was exactly as promised. It's rare to find a travel company that truly delivers what they advertise.

A huge thank you to Sister Amina and the whole Alhadi Travels team for making our Umrah journey so memorable and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah and, InshaAllah, I will definitely be using their services again.

I would like to say our agent Maryam Naeem has been amazing from start to finish. She gave us a great price, she delivered exactly what was said. She has been communicating and in contact with us throughout our journey. I would highly recommend Alhadi Travels and especially book through agent Maryam.
JazakAllah Khairun for making our umrah memorable and enjoyable.

My experience with Nouman Bhai has been great and my overall experience with Al Hadi Travel has been great. There were no issues throughout my travel in terms of travel and transport and everything was made very easy for me and my brother. Nouman Bhai also kept in touch with us and helped us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be in touch whenever I decide to go again. The customer service was excellent.

I first got in contact with Al Hadi Travel to arrange a booking to go to Umrah, I dealt with Armaghan , who was very efficient and great in responsing. He provided me various different package options which suited my needs , he did not rush me to book and was patient while I looked through and decided.
Thank you very much , in’sha’Allah will use this company in future , service was good xx

I’ve been speaking to Armaghan — he was very professional in his approach and gave me good options. I ended up going with another company only because I had already spoken to them first.

I will definitely consider Alhadi Travel for any future travel needs.

Muhammad Talha was very pleasant, patient and customer service skills were great during our enquiry of umrah booking

I have been looking for an Umrah package to go with my husband...and I am very happy to have come across Maryam from, Alhadi Travels.
She has been so helpful and accommodated me on all my request and needs. I sure will be calling them for any Halal travels👍🏾

I had a great expierence with Hassan Usman, he was great help, very patient even though I changed my plan so many times. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Alhadi Travel, especially with Hassan Usman.

From the beginning, Hassan was professional, patient, polite, and always willing to help. He took the time to answer all of our questions, provided several quotation options, and was never pushy throughout the process. His communication was excellent and he always treated us with respect.

What stood out most was his honesty, professionalism, and genuine effort to find the best package to suit our family’s needs. Even when we decided to proceed differently for this trip, he remained courteous and understanding.

Excellent customer service and a credit to the company. I would be happy to contact Hassan again for future travel arrangements, inshaAllah.

Thank you Hassan and Alhadi Travel.

Alhadi Travels helped us booked our Umrah package. We had some issues with the hotel and flights at the beginning but Alhadi travels was very quick to resolve the issues, the manager his name I think was Yasir was amazing to sort it all out, and give us great hotels and the initial flight we wanted , as my mum is a stroke patient we needed hotels close to the Holy Kabaa and same in medina. The travels found us hotel walking distance in both places. Amina was also always available to answer any questions we had at all times and worked late to sort things out with Yasir which was good. We will use them again in the future.

Great company and excellent professional service. Very respectful in the way they treat you. No pressure from them

Our Umrah trip to Makkah and Medinah was truly a wonderful and seamless experience. Everything was exceptionally well arranged, and the entire journey went exactly according to plan. All ground transportation was punctual and comfortable, and every detail matched the itinerary perfectly, which made the trip completely stress free.
We were especially impressed with Hassan Usman’s professionalism and dedication. His communication was clear and consistent throughout, and he was always available to assist and support us whenever needed. His attention to detail and care ensured that we could focus fully on our spiritual journey without any concerns.
Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Alhadi Travel to anyone planning their Umrah.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Al Hadi Travel, especially by Huzaifa.

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Huzaifa demonstrated exceptional knowledge, patience, and dedication in ensuring that all my travel arrangements were handled perfectly. He took the time to understand my requirements and provided thoughtful recommendations that made a real difference to my journey.

What truly stood out was his responsiveness and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed with care and professionalism. It’s clear that Huzaifa genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

Thanks to his efforts, my travel experience was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Al Hadi Travel to anyone looking for reliable and efficient travel services, and I especially commend Huzaifa for his exceptional support.

Very informative advice from Yawar Fareed. I recommend this company which provides travel and UMmrah packages etc. Keep up the good work guys.

Alhumdulillah amazing service.
Found AlHadi travel via Google search and trustpilot reviews for my 2026 Ummrah trip. I messaged a few companies who all had reasonable prices but went for AlHadi travel due to the agent who filled me with confidence and listened to each request to create a perfect custom package for us. Kept in touch all the way through the process, answering any questions or concerns we had. Completed all Visas, transport and hotels bookings. Hotels were excellent especially the Swisshotel al Maqam in Makkah, although its part of clock tower, has its own entrance and therefore you dont have to wait for lifts ect making it very convenient. Rooms for both hotels we stayed at were great, breakfast was good, nice staff and location (both about 3 or 4 minutes from mosques).
I was very impressed with the transportation company also, who kept in touch before, during and after each trip.
The agent from Alhadi also messaged me throughout my trip making sure everything was OK and checking whether we needed anything.
Overall, an amazing experience which was enhanced due to the service recieved by Alhadi travel, Insha'Allah will use them again and would definitely recommend.
