We would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking Umrah trip with Alhadi travels . Jazakallah khair for your support Ehtesham..!

Rude.....arrogant youngsters running to swipe cards at every stop.

Not organised
Ripped us 10SAR x 6 people asked to quba shops......took us to quba mosques.......then another 60 SAR
To bring us back to where we started.

Very rude Bangladeshi male and african male.

Quick money making scheme disgusting arrogant young boys that are rude and in polite.

Really giving the cart service at quba walk a bad name.

Brother Armaghan from AlHadi Travel UK was very helpful and friendly throughout the process of booking our trip and ensuring our needs were met.

I had an excellent experience with Nouman from Alhadi Travel. He was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend him to everyone

Alhamdulillah, our experience with Al Hadi Travel was beyond our expectations. From the initial booking process and visa arrangements to the actual journey, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

The team were incredibly welcoming, helpful and responsive throughout. Any questions or concerns we had, both before travelling and during our Umrah, were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our travel agent, Huzaifa, in particular was extremely kind and patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly.

The hotel arrangements were excellent, and the team took my mum’s needs into consideration when arranging our accommodation. We were also very grateful for the complimentary upgrade at our Makkah hotel, which made our stay even more comfortable and special.

The transportation service was also excellent. We were contacted beforehand, the drivers kept in communication with us, and everything was organised very smoothly. Whenever an issue arose, the team were quick to respond and resolve it.

Al Hadi Travel genuinely went above and beyond to make our first Umrah a comfortable, memorable and beautiful experience. The complimentary hotel upgrade and Umrah guide were such thoughtful gestures, and we are extremely grateful for all the care and effort they put into our journey.

10/10 service and highly recommended! May Allah SWT bless the entire team, reward them abundantly for their efforts, and put barakah in their work. JazakumAllahu Khairan for making our first Umrah such a special experience. ❤️

They were very professional and prompt with their response. Aeman in particular was very helpful as she offered a range of options to suit different budgets rather than just one response.

I did umrah with Al hadi travel, they were very helpful, especially my consultant Muhammad Talha.

I have had a great experience with Al Hadi travel for our Umrah. Brother Yawar was exceptional in his professionalism. He was very clear about all the steps from start to finish and maintained constant communication with us throughout our journey until we got back home safe. We did not experience any issues whatsover. Everything was well organised, managed and explained. May Allah SWT reward brother Yawar for all his support.

I had a great experience booking my trip through Al Hadi Travels. The hotels in Madina and Makkah were excellent, the service was very good, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

They were professional, trustworthy and made the whole booking process easy and stress-free. They also managed to beat the other prices I had been quoted, which was a great bonus.

I would definitely recommend them and will happily book through them again for future trips!

I highly recommend dealing with brother Armaghan for finding the best deals.

I was given great customer service from Aeman and she helped me with different umrah packages and helped me a lot.

As a returning customer having used Alhadi Travel back in 2019 I was a little reticent as the agent I dealt with previously had left the company. However as I had a great experience previously I only thought it's fair to give them another go for our Umrah package. Despite it being 7 yrs the service received from Shahzad Haider lived up to my expectations. Shahzad kindly provided various options and managed to arrange a package suitable to my needs, we had a great experience, the support provided was second to none. Everything went very smoothly Alhumdulillah, I would definitely recommend this travel agent and will certainly use again for any future bookings Insha Allah.
