Alhadi has been great at booking our umrah trip. They price matched our flights and gave us a great hotels. The new rotana almonakha in medina was amazing. Armaghan was accessible at all times. He was present is all our queries and issues that we faced. Will highly recommend.

Our Umrah experience was amazing overall. Armaghan provided excellent service and was always available whenever we needed assistance truly going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

The only downsides were the transportation and the hotel in Madina. The drivers were quite moody, which made the travel between locations a bit awkward. As for the hotel in Madina, while it was nice and conveniently close to the Haram, the reality didn’t quite match the pictures we saw online.

Despite those small issues, it was a great experience overall, and I’d like to highlight again that Armaghan did an outstanding job managing everything for us.

What can I say about our Umrah, SubhanAllah it beat all expectations and it was a beautiful gift from my husband Alhamdulillah. Our family had a truly special time every step of the way. All praises belong to Allah swt rabbi Alameen!

From our hotels in both Mecca and Medina being a perfect distance to the kaaba and masjid nabawii mashaAllah tabarakAllah. To the quality of the hotels and the ease of facilitations of pick ups and drop offs and ziyarat. We couldnt have asked for a better travel consultant.

We stayed at the Swiss hotel Al Makan in Mecca & Dar Al Hijrah (right by womens entrance in Medina) would highly recommend both hotels for anybody who is travelling with young children.

Would also recommend this agency (to the best of our knowledge) being reliable and helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough of Maryam at Al Hadi Travel she was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She handled all our travel arrangements with such care and professionalism, even helping me make multiple hotel changes without any hesitation. Maryam constantly reassured me that everything would go smoothly on the day, and she was completely right!
Our trip from Manchester to Dubai, then Dubai to Jeddah, was seamless and stress-free. The transfers from the airport to our hotels and back were perfectly organised always on time and without a single issue. Maryam was always available if we needed any assistance, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the journey.
All the hotels she arranged were fantastic Stella Di Mare in Dubai, Anjum Hotel in Makkah, and the Sofitel in Madinah were each absolutely amazing in their own way. Every detail was handled perfectly.
I honestly can’t fault her service at all and can’t wait to rebook with Maryam and Al Hadi Travel for our next trip.
One small tip for future travellers the Haramain Train can get quite cold, so definitely pack a jumper to stay comfortable!

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – Avoid This Agency!

They operate under hajj & umrah uk and polani travels ltd.

We travelled as a family of eight using the services of a Hajj and Umrah agent based in Twickenham, London (handled by Mubasshir).
Initially, the service appeared professional and friendly. However, once our journey began, the support completely disappeared, and the agency refused to take any responsibility when problems arose.
Our itinerary was from London Heathrow (Virgin Atlantic) to Jeddah via Riyadh (connecting with Saudia Airlines), returning from Makkah to Riyadh (Saudia) and then back to London with Virgin.
The major issue occurred at Madinah Airport, where we legally purchased eight bottles of Zamzam water (one per passenger) from an official seller. Despite following all regulations, the Saudia check-in staff were rude and dismissive, refusing eye contact and making unreasonable demands. We were told to pay 900 SAR, otherwise Virgin would not allow our hand luggage and Zamzam together — an absurd and baseless claim that felt like extortion.
When we contacted Mubasshir, instead of offering help or even advice, he was dismissive and patronising, taking no responsibility for the situation. We still have copies of the messages that clearly show his unprofessional and rude attitude.
To make matters worse, our return flight was delayed by nearly three hours with no explanation. When we raised this with Virgin staff in Riyadh, they told us that our agent should have informed us of the change — yet again, there was zero communication from the agency.
Overall, our experience was frustrating, disappointing, and stressful. For anyone considering booking with this firm, please think twice. There are other agents who treat their customers with respect and take accountability when things go wrong.
We would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Booked with Haroon from Hadi travel, Armaghan also was on this from Hadi travel, the customer service from the 2 advisors were 10 out of 10, I cannot fault them, they were in touch throughout the journey, the package was good, all inclusive with the best hotels, 14 if us went including 5 children, and some elderly people, they all loved it. We did not encounter any issues, wheel chairs where provided when needed, this was all provided by the travel agents, great service and experiece from them.

Loved the customer service, smooth n relaxed journey. I got the 5 star package for umrah and it was worth it. Brother Huzaifa provided great response time and made sure everything went well from start to end.

Having booked with Alhadi travel was through a family recommendation, and I have to say a very good decision.

Everything from booking the flights and hotels to obtaining the visas and hotel vouchers was a very smooth process. The hotel in Makkah (swissotel al maqam) was in the perfect location, a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and only a 5 min walk to the haram.

Transfers were all included and communication with the transfer company was perfect, they contacted us at every point and made sure everything went smoothly, from both ziyara trips to transfers from hotels and airport.

The madina hotel was Rotana al manakha, which was a really modern, clean and all in all really nice hotel. This hotel was by gate 309 which is located right next to the museum, and would take ariund 1 mins to get to. For the men this was perfect however slightly more difficult for women as you had to walk further into the mosque, and with the crowds took around 5-6 mins

All in all an amazing trip creating some beautiful memories with my children. Thank you for everything to Armaghan from Alhadi travel for keeping in touch constantly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The customer service provided by him was 5 stars. Many thanks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Umrah Experience – Organised Perfectly by Armaghan-Ur Rehman (AlHadi Travels)

I recently travelled for Umrah with AlHadi Travels, organised by Armaghan-Ur Rehman, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

Armaghan’s organising skills were impeccable and absolutely flawless. Every single part of our trip was planned perfectly — all transfers were on time, and I received regular updates without even having to ask. He checked in with us throughout the journey to make sure we were okay, arrived safely, and were comfortable. That personal touch made such a difference.

Makkah:
We stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and it was simply amazing. The hotel and service were flawless, and my elderly parents were looked after so well, which gave me such peace of mind. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Makkah Ziyarat organised by AlHadi was also wonderful — everything went smoothly and was explained beautifully.

Madinah:
Our stay in Madinah was fantastic. The hotel was just a 3–4 minute walk from Gate 339, which was perfect. Breakfast there was fine, just quite busy at times. The Ziyarat was lovely and very informative, making the experience even more special.

Doha Stopover:
Our hotel in Doha was gorgeous, and the service once again was flawless. It was a perfect ending to a beautiful journey.

There were no mishaps at all — everything went so smoothly from beginning to end. Everyone in our group was happy, relaxed, and grateful for such a well-organised trip.

I can’t thank Armaghan-Ur Rehman enough for his outstanding service and dedication. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and that kind of care is rare these days. I will definitely be using AlHadi Travels again, and Armaghan will always be my go-to person for any future Umrah or travel plans. Every traveller needs someone like him.
