I recently booked my Umrah package through Alhadi Travel, and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. From the start, they offered me several options that suited my budget and preferences. A special mention to Talha, who was very professional and talented — he helped me find the best 7-day package that met all my requirements.

The hotels were just a few minutes’ walk from both Haram and Masjid Nabawi, and included breakfast, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable. Everything was perfectly arranged — flights, visa, transport from the airport to the hotel, and back.

🚨 WARNING: Highly Dishonest & Misleading Company – Possible Fraud 🚨

This agency is not to be trusted. After paying a deposit for an Umrah 2026 package for multiple passengers, they changed the agreed terms immediately after taking payment — demanding full payment within 24 hours and altering hotel arrangements without consent.

When questioned, they refused to issue a proper invoice or payment breakdown, claiming they “can’t provide one from the airline.” However, after verifying directly with Qatar Airways, I was informed that the tickets were fully paid by the agency, contradicting their claims.

Their communication has been evasive and inconsistent, and their conduct fits the same pattern of deceit seen in many other complaints. They appear to take deposits under false pretences, then make it difficult or impossible to recover your money.

I’ve reported the company to ATOL and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and am pursuing the matter through my bank’s fraud investigation team.

❌ Avoid this company completely. Their behaviour is unethical, dishonest, and potentially fraudulent. Save yourself the stress and book through a reputable, transparent agency instead.

Alhadi travels you guys are the best in the whole uk to provide the best umrah service we get everything whatever we asked from you guys when we landed in Jaddah car pickup service was amazing hotel fairmont Makkah tower Alhumduliah was really really good kabba facing room was too good Alhumduliah then from Makkah to madina car pick service again was too good hotel was really nice then madina to madina airport car pick up was also good again my mother in law and my kids were feeling really comfortable during this umrah trip just thank you Alhadi travels may Allah gives you more and more business and blessings Amen suma Amen

I used Alhaditravel for booking my Umrah package for a family of 5. I encountered some delays with getting visa on one Pakistani passport, the visa didn't come through until a few days before the departure date. Overall everything went smoothly and I was happy with their service, Maryam was the agent who dealt with organising everything.

We chose this company because of all the great reviews on trustpilot at 4.9 it was almost perfect. The staff are very nice and friendly (the agent that dealt with us was called Maryam Naeem).

Alhadi wasn't the cheapest for the package we chose but we thought we would go of them because we wanted a professional company with a good reputation that would help us if anything went go. There was an issue when we made the payment of full balance where at our bank it said the payment was authorised but Alhadi said that they didnt receive the payment and that on thier system it says it was cancelled, but how could we have a authorisation code if the payment was cancelled? Anyway we had to wait a week for it to be cleared up and in the meantime alhadi kept asking us to make another payment which I refused to do until my original funds had been returned to us even if it meant we lost our deposit, what was also frustrating was that they didnt do anything at all to help resolve this matter. Also they rang me a week after me paying the depot so say that there might be issues with the hotels we booked because the Saudi authorities new of all Hotel had to be licenced (even though they book the hotel for us a month after this new rule came into place 🤦‍♂️) and that we need to upgrade our booking from 4 star to 5 star but I stuck to my guns and kept the same hotels. Then we gave copies of our passport and passport size photos for visa and they said it will take 7 days but 7 days later they said they didnt couldn't tell the difference between 2 of our daughters and if we could label them (even though their hijab styles and colours were slight different, also they could have just matched the passport photos with the extra photos) anyway once I labelled them they said it would take 7 working (again)

anyway non of these of was really the fault of Maryam herself but company policy and management who could have and should contacted the bank to resolve the issues, anyway Maryam was kind enough to upgrade our Madina hotel from 4 star to a 5 star hotel (Grand Royal Madina) which was very beautiful Mash'Allah 😍 and it meant that it was only 2 to 3 minutes walk to Masjid Al Haram.
But have to say once we got our visas there were no issues from then on. The airline tickets were confirmed, but the star of their service were the transfer service from Jeddah airport to Makkah hotel (Emaar Grand Makkah) then 5 days later picked from Makkah and taken to Madina and 5 days after that Madina hotel to Madina airport, transfer service kept us updated, collected on time and dropped off on time and all 3 drivers were very professional and friendly.
Apart from the issues with calling to asking us to upgrade after taking our deposit, the missing funds and slight delay with our visas everything else was perfect.

We are planning on going umrah again in October 2026 but I'm not sure if we would use alhadi again. If it wasn't for the upgrade in Madina, no issues with airline tickets and the perfect transfer service I probably would have given 2 or 3 stars
