Video call was easy to join and staff were friendly. Appointments are easy to make. Service over all was very good.

Could easily and quickly get an appointment, My interviewer (Claudia) was thoughtful and engaged, leaving me feeling fulfilled after the session, and clear about the reasoning for her conclusion for the diagnosis - and for next steps; which I much appreciated. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a comprehensive and timely assessment.

After having a formal diagnosis of ADHD aged 49, I decided after a year to go through titration and use medication. I didn't really know what to expect. I just thought the titration would be a case of 'try this and see how you get on'. However, Jelena Poznakova, my Nurse Prescriber is amazing. She has taught me so much - not just about the medication, but how to cope with ADHD in general. She is caring, professional, highly knowledgeable, warm, and very much puts me at the centre of the process. I could not have asked for a better professional. Thank you so much, Jelena. Jared Wells

There were appointments available immediately. The process was easy in terms of booking and then you are sent some forms to complete. These do take a while to fill in so allow yourself enough time. Dr Ress was amazing with my son (16). He was prescribed medication for sleep and ADHD which came through within a few days. We were at breaking point and although it is a lot of money, I would definitely recommend as it’s made a huge difference already.

DR Harewood was very personable and empathetic. My wife was tested for ADHT and although not diagnosed she gave some very useful feedback and strategies going forward

Very fast responses and great service! I’d recommend this choice from NHS for ADHD!

Much quicker diagnosis that going through the normal NHS route. The main consultant spent time and via th video link gong through all the questions and explaining them in a different way for the questions I didn't quite understand. I now have regular video calls regarding my dosage which are late in the evening which works around my current working schedule.

Always a great service

I appreciate the relatively short wait time for appointments with Berkeley Psychiatrists, especially given the typically extended wait for diagnosis and medication. My experience from referral through to the diagnosis appointment and subsequent medication titration has been a positive and smooth transition.
