I just wanted to take the time to leave a good review for a specific member of staff at Berkeley psychiatrists. I personally have had a horrible experience with my current gp. They neglect me medically continuously. I am constantly having to chase them on important medical matters and they continuously neglect me.

Upton trying to apply for my right to choose my gp continuously made mistakes and ignored my emails and calls of my requests for them to submit my application. Staff member “Jesse” was absolutely amazing. He has an incredible work ethic. Not only did he help me with the issues I was facing, he worked overtime to help me out with my issue. He showed me an act of kindness that I will never forget and that was definitely worth mentioning. I will always be grateful towards jesse:)

Dr Helen Whitworth was fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time, which is a skill given the things you need to discuss. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who needs help.

Very lovely lady who explained well and asked a multitude of questions to get my diagnosis. Although I was a bit panicky when I had to answer yes and no questions without being able to explain.
Diagnosis was instant and documents came through the same day. Prescription was paid for and medication delivered promptly. Wish they had been able to test for both ADHD and Autism at the same time? Not sure why that wouldn't be the case.

The online service that I used was absolutely amazing and the doctor was very compassionate and knowledgeable, she really took the time to understand what I was asking and helped me effectively. I would highly recommend. I felt supported before during and after the assessment.

Only waited 3 weeks for an appointment. The doctor who assessed me was polite and helped me feel comfortable throughout the session. Only had to wait a few more weeks to talk to the nurse about medication. I picked up meds just a few days after.

I have had consultations with Dr Ian Prenelle and Dr Joanna Woodger, also tritiation with Mrs Victoria Grey. All have been exceptionally supportive and helpful, as has the administration. I recommend them highly.

the assessment itself was very thorough and didn’t take too long to complete—my assessor, Hayley, was very kind and easy to talk to as well, which I really appreciated. everything I needed to do was outlined really well and the process as a whole was very easy, and I am happy with the outcome. would recommend!

Prof Chandrappa listened to all my issues without any questions asked, he really helped me get my diagnosis and now im just awaiting medication
